Welcome to "Sunspot", the perfect spot for your place in the Orlando sun, launching pad for a great vacation visiting the local attractions (only 2 miles to the gates of Disney World). Instead of a cramped hotel room, you may stretch out in a spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom private home at the end of a cul-de-sac, with its own screened and heated pool and spa, lanai, grill, picnic area and lounge chairs.
Inside, there is upgraded furniture, a Great Room, leather sofas with a big screen television set and DVD player and cable television, and a computer station with high speed internet access. We offer a Game Room (full size slate pool table, foosball, television, stereo and electronic dartboard), 5 television sets and cable throughout, 3 theme bedrooms (Mickey-Minnie, Wild Kingdom and Sea World rooms), inside and outside games (Playstation 2 is available upon request), washer and dryer, linens and towels and a fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and breakfast bar. Domestic long distance calls are free.
Privacy and security are offered as well as a pool security alarm on all doors and a privacy fence. Activities are available outside, in the pool and spa, in the Great Room, or in the Game Room, plus neighborhood offerings of tennis courts, a putting green and a soccer field and playground equipment. Golf courses surround the area.
All rooms are on 1 floor and are easily accessible with a handicap access bathroom. It sleeps up to 12 to 14 guests, and no smoking or pets are allowed. There are 2 Master suites with ensuite bathrooms, each with a King bed and 4 other bedrooms one with a Queen size bed, two with twin beds and one with bunk beds. A crib is provided at no charge.
With the managers of the house a few houses away and on the same street, we offer you with a comfortable and enjoyable home, so that you may concentrate on enjoying your family and friends and the wonderful attractions Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer.
