We spent Labor Day Holiday at the Riptide and found it to be as it was advertised. It was nicely furnished and comfortable. That is a plus for us because we have been fooled by pictures on the Net of some other properties that proved to below standards. We enjoyed the waterview on the deck and also the quiet atmosphere of the property. We met and talked with people who were residents and people who were like us, renting for the holiday. Everyone had great things to say about the property. The fishing pier was very nice. We did catch some speckled trout, but nothing to brag about. The wind was the only negative factor about the fishing pier. Herminie was beginning to blow in and kicking up the surf. We plan to return to this property for many more vacations.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had the oppertunity to spend 6 fantastic nights here. It's a true vacation getaway & the only thing lacking is a chef & a maid. The condo had all the ammentites of home plus some. We would highly recommend a stay. We had chance to enjoy the pool but honestly spent more time on the lighted pier attempting to catch fish.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
