This 2400 square foot, four bedroom/three bath home is located on a third-of-an-acre plot in the exclusive Formosa Gardens estate. It is only two miles and less than a five-minute drive from Disney. The villa has a private screened pool overlooking natural woodlands and two lakes. Now with free high speed wireless cable internet access.

The home will accommodate 8 people in great comfort, and features two master bedrooms with queen-size beds and en suite facilities. There are also two further bedrooms with twin beds and a poolside bathroom. All linens and towels are provided. In addition to the 8 beds, baby equipment such as crib high chair and strollers available free of charge. Formal dining room, family room, and sitting room all add to the spacious quality of this executive villa.

We all had a wonderful time in Florida , and a big part of it was having such a nice place to stay. Upon our arrival, everybody's first words thru the door were "WOW"!!!. About: We have and still do, travel the world whenever we can and yet Florida for us has always been special. We play golf (Ann is a golfer, I just hack around), love wild-life spotting and walking. Did I mention we like good food?
Why Formosa Gardens Estate:
We were searching for a family winter home and had a long list of criteria - we wanted custom built house with plenty of space inside and outside, a quiet area and yet close to the parks and golf courses and it took us 2 years to find our ideal - Formosa Gardens Estate. We live there for 3 months in the winter and the home is maintained to a high standard with something being upgraded almost every year.
We have lots of friends in the community because it is not just some large rental home site, it is a living friendy place to take your family and you will be made most welcome.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
The villa is walking distance to good international restaurants and a small shopping mall. Within 5 minutes drive you can be at one of ten good golf courses, Disney Theme parks and we have 2 small lakes where you can fish. Take a 15-20 minute drive and you are at the airport and all the other theme parks. Quiet and secure, yet handy for just about everything.
