If you love the beach and are interested in catching the sun set on the Gulf of Mexico, then this condo is a place for you. This condominium is located on the back bay waterway near the mouth of intersecting channels of Hogue and Broadway. The condominium has a private gated access to the gulf beach which is directly across the street so you can enjoy long beach walks and evening sunsets.
Bay Harbor Club is located on Little Hickory Island on an 8 acre site of beautifully landscaped private grounds. This condominium was completely updated with a new Kraft Maid kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. There is new tile through out except for the bedrooms. It is well decorated and maintained and makes you feel at home while staying in paradise.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with one lower being a double. For your enjoyment, a 36" TV with surround sound with both a DVD/VCR player is located in the living area. The master bedroom has it's own 26" TV while the guest guest room has a 22" flat screen TV.
A large wrap-around ceramic tiled lanai with southern exposure has new wicker furniture. The unit is located on the first floor for easy access. New motorized hurricane shutters were installed in 2008 to provide sun and wind protection.
The facility features a private club house which was updated in 2009, fire sprinkled buildings, oversize 30' x 60' heated pool, 2 Jacuzzis, 2 BBQ grills, shuffle board, newly surfaced tennis courts and on site management. Private boats docks are available for lease.
