OUR BEAUTIFUL VILLA IS PERFECTLY LOCATED JUST 10 MINS FROM DISNEY, IN THE QUIET COMMUNITY OF WOODRIDGE, FIRST ESTATE GOING NORTH ON ROUTE 27 NORTH OF THE 192. This location gives easy access to all the main tourist attractions, golf, shopping malls, and Restaurants. Our family love holidays and what better place to go than Orlando! There is so much to do there; Disney World and Universal theme parks, Sea World, the water parks, golf, fantastic shopping, so much that one trip is not enough. Our villa is fully air conditioned. The two master en suite bedrooms (ideal for two families on holiday together) have queen beds, ceiling fans, cable TV, and pool view. There are two twin bedrooms which have a jack and jill bathroom (accessible from both rooms), and have access to a TV with PS2. All of the bedrooms enjoy plenty of storage space with walk-in wardrobes. The sofa in the family lounge area converts into an additional double-size bed. The open-plan family room provides access to the large deck area. With a south-facing pool you are guaranteed to make the most of the Florida sunshine, making it an ideal place to unwind after a busy day in the parks. Relax on one of the many comfortable sun beds on the deck area or take a cooling dip in the pool.A shaded lanai offers outside dining space with table and chairs out of the warm Florida sun, additional lighting and ceiling fan ensure you can wine and dine into the night. We have just recently installed wireless network for use with your laptop computer details on how to use this free facility are in the villa. We are a British family owning only this villa, who holiday in Florida, ensuring that our villa is maintained to a high standard of care and cleanliness. Our local mangagement company are on hand if you require assistance during your stay. There is a children's play area within a two-minute walk of the villa. Walmart is only a 3 minute drive, plus there is a shopping complex within a five-minute walk comprising of a Winn-Dixies, pizza take-away, hair and beauty salon, and post office. What more could you want!
