This five-star 1,100 sft condo is designed with all of your travel needs in mind. This is a non-smoking environmnent. We have one of the largest 2 bedroom is the complex with vaulted ceilings. We are a upper unit with ocean breezes. The Kitchen is loaded with new stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a scrumptious sit down dinner before a night out on the town; yet simple enough to enjoy a quick meal on the large granite counter area before heading off to catch some waves. Sit and read a book in privacy, watch TV on a large Plasma screen or enjoy a video in the comfort of the large oversized sofas, before heading off to bed. Master bedroom includes a premium queen size mattress, while the guest bedroom (sleep 4) offers a choice of two twin beds and a premium queen size bed; with quality linens to ensure a restful good night sleep. Large ceiling fans in each room for your comfort. We disinfect all TV remotes/phone and clean all linens after each guest. The closets are custon built and there is plenty of drawer space in each room, so don’t worry about bringing too much clothes (unless of course, you would rather go shopping). Two separate full bathrooms, with top of the line fixtures,and our brand new stacked washer/dryer is nicely tucked away and easy to use. Enjoy the new LCD-TV in your master bedroom. We also have a crib & high chair! Enjoy your stay! We accept VISA/Master Card with a secured provider, so your transaction is protected. Cashier's checks and money orders are also accepted. The City of Dana Point is located in southern Orange County, California; Dana Point is bordered by the cities of Laguna Niguel and Laguna Beach to the north, San Juan Capistrano to the east, and San Clemente to the south. Catalina Island is just a boat ride away. Catalina Express and Catalina Explorer offer many departures / arrivals times. Dana Point offers nearly seven miles of prominent coastal bluffs and rolling hills along the Pacific Ocean. Dana Point Harbor provides slips and mooring for over 2,500 boats along with over 50 specialty shops and restaurants. The Harbor is known for its great shopping, sportfishing, walking, bicycling, parasailing and a host of recreational activities. Come visit Dana Point, it is truly a special west coast community.
