Conveniently located between the Ritz Carlton, St. Regis & Montage resorts, this five-star 1,100 sft condomium is designed with all of your travel needs in mind. On beach side of Pacific Coast Highway but not next to the highway making this a tranquil place to stay! This is a non-smoking environmnent. We have one of the largest 2 bedroom is the complex with vaulted ceilings. We are a upper unit with ocean breezes. The Kitchen is loaded with new stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a scrumptious sit down dinner before a night out on the town; yet simple enough to enjoy a quick meal on the large granite counter area before heading off to catch some waves.

Sit and read a book in privacy, watch TV on a large Plasma screen or enjoy a video in the comfort of the large oversized sofas, before heading off to bed. Master bedroom includes a premium queen size mattress, while the guest bedroom (sleep 4) offers a choice of two twin beds and a premium queen size bed; with quality linens to ensure a restful good night sleep. Large ceiling fans in each room for your comfort. We disinfect all TV remotes/phone and clean all linens after each guest. The closets are custon built and there is plenty of drawer space in each room, so don’t worry about bringing too much clothes (unless of course, you would rather go shopping). Two separate full bathrooms, with top of the line fixtures,and our brand new stacked washer/dryer is nicely tucked away and easy to use. Enjoy the new LCD-TV in your master bedroom. We also have a crib & high chair! Pool is heated all year. Covered parking, guest parking and street parking for your RV. Enjoy your stay!

I was very pleased; the condo was very comfortable and clean which is top priority for me. We appreciated the cookies after a long day of traveling. My nieces had never seen the ocean, so I was very proud to show them the ocean for the first time from your beautiful beach; it could not have been more perfect. The whole area was very easy to navigate with the freeway close by if needed, which we did several times.   • My sister, her 2 kids and my husband and I stayed at the condo Sept 20-27. Mike and Michele were wonderful! We loved this property and enjoyed our week in beautiful Southern California. This condo was by far the BEST location for our vacation. My mother was married at the Ritz Carlton and we were a block from the hotel! The beach is beautiful and I actually thought it was nicer than the actual 'ritz' beach. I would recommend this place to ANYONE and I would love to come back and stay another week or longer in the future! Thank you so much for everything! We truely had a blast at your place.

  • My name is Melissa Martello and I am from Camden, Maine. My husband, Justin, and I stayed two weeks in the month of June at the Hardy’s beautiful beach house in Dana Point, California. This was my first time experiencing the state of California. Justin convinced me that we needed to stay in Orange County, and mainly Dana Point for our vacation. He has been to the California Coast before. So we found the Hardy’s Beach House online and decided to give it a shot. When I arrived in Dana Point, I fell in love. And the Hardy’s fabulous beach house made it even harder to leave. The Hardy beach house is beautifully decorated to feel like you are at home. I have never felt so comfortable staying at a rental property before. There was plenty of space for all of my luggage (I am a heavy packer), there were plenty of clean towels, toiletries, and everything was very very clean. The Hardy’s have a detailed planning guide of all the local restaurants, theme parks, as well as emergency phone numbers. It is very well organized. There is so much to do in Dana Point, you won’t get bored. The best part….they are right across the street from the Pacific Ocean. Every night Justin and I would walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sun set over the Pacific. On clear days you can see Catalina Island. Thanks for all those entertaining magazines, gave me plenty to read while lounging on the beach. The next time I visit California, I won’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Hardy family! We will be back!

  • We spent a week at the condo in late June 2005 and had a great time. It only took 3 minutes walking from the front door to the ocean waters (we were at the beach every day, the weather was perfect and it wasn't very crowded). The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and the kitchen has everything you need. We will definately come again.
