This truly comfortable home in north Key Largo has great views of the Sound and excellent accessibility from the mainland. Close to all conveniences, this home has two living rooms, a screened porch and large covered patio all of which overlook pristine Key Largo Sound.

A boat slip can accommodate your 25 foot boat, and Adams Cut is five minutes away, gaining you quick access to the bayside. You can be very active, with boating, kayaking, water-skiing, fishing, and Pennekamp State Park just 1.5 miles to the south - and plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment close by.

Or you can relax in the quiet of the neighborhood and home, as it has excellent separation of spaces. New kitchen with all new appliances. Both living rooms have televisions (the lower with a queen sofabed), allowing accommodation for up to eight. Master has a king bed and shower in bath.

Second bedroom has a queen bed, and hall bath has a tub. Downstairs are twin beds and a half bath, with outdoor, enclosed shower. There is a large, gated parking area and covered parking for one car. Quiet, relaxed neighborhood.
