Fun time at the beach!
Fun time at the beach!
The property is beautiful and immaculate. The beach is a short walk from the home and is a great price point for such a nice home. The pool that is advertised is very small and has very little patio around it. It is on a street with little privacy, so you feel as though you are sunbathing in front of the masses. That was a disappointment and we never used the pool because of that. The owners were very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay.

Had sooooo much fun
Had sooooo much fun
My extended family rented this house in early May 2012. The location is great, and the accomodations were perfect for our group. The third floor was perfect for the boys. The neighborhood pool was fabulous and the beach just a short walk away. Not far to Seaside or Rosemary. Lots of restaurants to chose from, and there is a Publix not far away. The kitchen is nice appointed. Everything we needed was there. We'll definitely rent this home again. I would reccomend this property to friends and family. Try Bud and Alley's, V, and Whiskey Bravo. Sooo much fun.

Me and my wife enjoyed this cute house (my wife's words, not mine LOL) for our honeymoon. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and calm, and the beach is just a short walk away. The house itself was beautiful inside and out and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including beach chairs and towels (thank goodness). Nothing beat going to sleep on the 3rd floor on the day bed with the french doors open, hearing the ocean crashing in the distance. Nothing. It sounds cliche, but it is true. Just what we needed to get away and finally relax for a week. The owner was also very nice and courteous, and we had zero problems during our stay. We honestly do not think that you can beat this house for the money, it was all well above our expectations. We will definitely come back to the Emerald Coast, you really do have to see it, and we will definitely stay here again.

My family and I spent a week at this home and we could not have asked for a better vacation. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was how spotless it was. Being clean is very important to me. The layout of the home haveing a 3rd floor made staying there fun for my children. After staying here I would not consider another home. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. It was a perfect trip for all.
