This brand new cottage offers state of the art kitchen and all of the amenities that would ensure a pleasant, relaxing stay. Hardwood floors throughout.

Private nature trail. Enjoy both the lake and beach surroundings. Bike path access to nearby Seaside village. Third floor tower has a distant view of the ocean and includes two porches and a wetbar with a queen-size daybed with pull up trundle. After those days at the beach come back to a cool outside shower and sit on the back porch, grill, and enjoy the nature path view.

  • Me and my wife enjoyed this cute house (my wife's words, not mine LOL) for our honeymoon. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and calm, and the beach is just a short walk away. The house itself was beautiful inside and out and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including beach chairs and towels (thank goodness). Nothing beat going to sleep on the 3rd floor on the day bed with the french doors open, hearing the ocean crashing in the distance. Nothing. It sounds cliche, but it is true. Just what we needed to get away and finally relax for a week. The owner was also very nice and courteous, and we had zero problems during our stay. We honestly do not think that you can beat this house for the money, it was all well above our expectations. We will definitely come back to the Emerald Coast, you really do have to see it, and we will definitely stay here again.

  • My family and I spent a week at this home and we could not have asked for a better vacation. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was how spotless it was. Being clean is very important to me. The layout of the home haveing a 3rd floor made staying there fun for my children. After staying here I would not consider another home. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. It was a perfect trip for all.
