This Condo can be rented as either a one bedroom or a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and its own bathroom.

We do require a two night minimum stay. For stays of five or more
nights, we will reduce our rates by 10% per night.
Our rates do not include the state & local tax, equal to 9.8%.
