This Beautiful Forest Pines four bedroom Lake Tahoe vacation rental is located in incredibly prestigious Incline Village with nearby private beaches, indoor-outdoor pools and recreation centers, two golf courses and 20 ski resorts. Local restaurants, fine dining, Nevada gambling
and tourist attractions are only minutes away! This luxury vacation rental includes 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room, hot tub, full kitchen, dining room that seats 8, new washer and dryer, 50" Plasma TV, 42" Pioneer Plasma TV, and new TV's in all bedrooms. All rooms are beautifully decorated with differing themes. Incredible comfortable furniture is provided throughout the town home. There is a message chair on the first floor and a giant LAZ-Boy couch for relaxing. All luxury towels and sheets are provided. We also provide electric blankets and additional pillows and sheets/towels. There are a number of large flat lots for parking and boat/RV parking in the summer. With over 1700 Sq. Ft.,this luxury town home is situated on the private side of the Forest Pines complex and is very quiet. We are very close to Lake Shore Blvd. and within walking distance to the Incline beaches! Easy access to all 20 ski areas.
The town home is very cozy with a switch-on fireplace and large living room that is family oriented. Two large sky lights make the unit very bright and cheerful. This is an incredible Lake Tahoe luxury vacation rental town home!
New for 2009 & 2010 : New hot tub, club house, locker rooms, outdoor pool, remodeled exterior, windows & roof. We are planning additional movie capabilities to allow access to all movies
in local cinemas.

The kitchen is a cooks delight! We provide a complete stocked kitchen and utensils. There is a refrigerator, gas oven, blender, coffee maker, and toaster oven. We supply teas and coffees
for your arrival.
Step into our warm cozy living room with switch-on fireplace, vaulted ceilings, luxurious sofa and message chair. Both the living room and kitchen are well designed and provide cheerful
lighting.
Great fun for kids! We have an X-Box 360, Weii and lots of games. We provide sleds and other equipment for winter games.
The hot tub in our Lake Tahoe rental is romantic, private and brand new! This is a wonderful place to relax after a day of skiing or hiking. The new hot tub was installed in 2009 in the new clubhouse. The hot tub seats 6-8 and has strong jets.
Our Service is outstanding! We have a local manager who lives in Incline and can provide general and emergency service around the clock. For groups, weddings and repeat clients we often provide refreshments for your arrival. Please inquire!
Unit owner will provide FREE passes to beaches and coupons to the local ski areas!
