A beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom mountain home located in the heart of Ski Country...Summit County, Colorado's playground.
The large picturesque windows in the living room overlook Lake Dillon and feature a fantastic view of Keystone Ski Resort. After a day of adventure, come home and grill dinner on the large gas grill on the back deck while taking in the view. After dinner, enjoy a soak in the private outdoor hot tub, a game of pool, darts or foosball. Or relax and watch a movie on the 52" HDTV in the comfort of the roomy living room complete with a gas fireplace.
Twelve to Fourteen(12-14) guests can sleep comfortably as detailed below:
Bedroom 1 (Master, main level): 1 King
Bedroom 2 (upper level): 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Crib
Bedroom 3 (upper level): 1 Queen, 2 Twins (bunk bed)
Bedroom 4 (lower level): 1 Queen
Additional Sleeping in Loft: 1 Queen Futon
The master bedroom and the 2 bedrooms upstairs each have their own attached private bathroom. Plus there is a full bathroom available on the main level. The kitchen is fully stocked, with crockpot, wok, french door refrigerator, microwave/convection oven.
Wireless internet is provided FREE for those who must work or feel the need to keep in touch with what's going on in the rest of the world.
Also provided is an attached HEATED GARAGE.
It's an easy walk to Arapahoe Cafe for a delicious breakfast/brunch or for their nightly specials (burger night, bbq night, ruby red trout night). Pug Ryan's and Bootleggers are also right down the street serving lunch, dinner and happy hour/apres ski! Kula's Cafe for breakfast or lunch is a short walk. Jersey Boys Pizza & Subs is even closer and right next door to a ski/board rental shop and/or a bike rental. The town's bowling alley is just down the street and provides not only bowling, but foosball, pool and big screen TV's with lazy boys. So much to do and it's all so close!
Tennis courts, and a couple playgrounds are walking distance, as well as, the Summit County Rec Path.

- Located a short walk from the Dillon Marina, where in the Summer you can enjoy outdoor dining & cocktails at the Tiki Bar, situated right on the Lake. The paved rec path is right down the street and takes you to Keystone, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper and beyond. The FREE Summit Stage stops right down the street from the house and can take you all over Summit County. The house is located within 30 minutes of worldclass ski resorts, including Keystone (5 miles), Arapahoe Basin, The Legend (10 miles), Copper, the local fav (12 miles), Breckenridge (15 miles) and Vail (30 miles). Beaver Creek is 40 miles, Winter Park 55 miles, Steamboat Springs 90 miles and Aspen is approximately 2 hours away. The Colorado Mountain Express offers shuttle service from Denver airport to Frisco or right to the house. The Silverthorne Factory Outlet stores are a quick 5 minute drive, as well as the Silverthorne Recreation Center which includes an indoor pool & hot tub, racquetball courts, basketball courts

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We like the location of our home because we are able to walk to the lake & marina, restaurants, the post office, the rec path and to playgrounds. We are centrally located between all the ski resorts. The grocery store, rec center, library, target and the outlets are very close by. We LOVE the views from our living room!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We both like to have fun, which is why we have a foosball table, darts and a pool table! But we also like to relax in the hot tub and watch movies, especially after a long day of snowboarding.

This was a wonderful family home. It has everything that you need and is fully equiped. It is located in the heart of Dillon with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We had a wonderful time their with our family and would definitely use the house again. It was exactly as advertised.

Loved our winter vacation in this beautiful home. The view from the living room is fantastic! It is a great location to try several different ski resorts. We had plenty of space to spread out and play pool, relax in the hot tub, play fusball, or watch TV. The kitchen was also well equiped and big enough to gather for a relaxing home-cooked meals.

Our group of 12 adults had a great time at this beautiful house! It was very comfy and spacious. There were lots of fun things to do...pool,darts,foosball,wii,xbox and of course lounging in the hot tub with great views! The owners were very informative and friendly and great to deal with so i'd personally like to thank them for welcoming us into their home. We all had a great time and that's what it's all about!

Great house, large enough to have family dinners together. Great location, we were within driving distance of everything that we wanted to do. it was perfect for what we needed. my only compliant would be that the house was dusty. it was clean and have everything that we needed with the kids but just a little dusty.

Beautiful house with all the amenities and a great view. The property was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our group of thirteen. Plenty of fun things to do in the Dillon area. We really enjoyed shopping at the Silverthorne Mall and the horseback riding. The owners were super nice to deal with. A top-shelf experience all the way.

Beautiful home! Bigger than we imagined. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 6 teens. Great views, especially from the hot tub. Lots of books and DirecTV with pay channels. Well-equipped kitchen. Very convenient to Keystone, pretty good drive to Breck and Vail. Loved it!!

This is a great house with wonderful views and conveniently located. Kid and teenager freindly with plenty of room and much to do. All of the amenities needed while on vaction were provided. We plan to stay again soon.

Beautiful place! Clean, great view, really enjoyed the games (pool table, foozball table and dart board). Rooms were a little crowded with 3 to a room. But, we loved the place and will probably go back again.

The location is excellent, the view is amazing and the accomodations spectacular. Felt at home in the spacious house. Everything was easy to find and was so close to everything. Can not wait to use the house again in winter!

We had a wonderful spring break vacation at this property. We had 10 people (3 families) and found plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can imagine - even a waffle iron! The bathrooms even had a little welcome basket with all the extras you might have forgot. Easy access to shopping. Close to several different ski resorts. Beautiful views!!
