Treasure Island is located in the curve of Thomas Drive near St. Andrews State Park. It is near famous restaurants such as Captain Anderson's, The Treasure Ship, and Boatyard. You can even walk to Schooner's, Montego Bay, or Scampi's and enjoy hassle-free lunches or dinners. If you are in search of nightlife, Schooner's (the last local beach club) is only 150 yards down the beach. Club Le Vela and Spinnakers are less than five minutes away. What other location offers you all of this?
Much time and money were spent decorating and furnishing this unit to provide you with the most memorable and pleasurable vacation you will ever have at the beach. This unit was decorated using dark wood tones and rich plush fabrics in all the rooms. Four-hundred count sheets were used in both the master (king-size bed) and guest (queen-size bed) bedrooms along with pillow-top mattresses. The sofabed (queen-size) and bunk (twin-size) sheets are made where the top and bottom sheet are attached, so your sheets won't come off your mattress while you are sleeping.
What could be better than watching your favorite movie in the living room on the wide-screen HDTV PLASMA Television! It is complete with a Bose surround sound system with DVD/CD. The master bedroom has a 36 inch TV with a DVD player. The guest bedroom features a 20 inch TV with X-Box and several popular games to thrill the kids. The X-Box also serves as a DVD player. Digital cable service with 12 HBO channels has been provided for your enjoyment.
For those who feel out of touch without their laptop computer, bring it with you to the beach. This unit features high-speed wireless internet access service.
If you love to cook or just want a snack, this kitchen will more than service your needs. We have included a full set of cookware, bakeware, storage containers, glassware, barware, and silverware. There is a high-speed blender for frozen drinks and even a coffee bean grinder for the exotic coffee lovers. A family-size George Foreman grill with dishwasher-safe removable grill plates has been provided for your use.
Treasure Island condominiums feature the most desirable balconies because they are positioned facing west down the beach. The sunsets are incredible from the 30 feet by 9 feet balcony. The Unit's balcony features sling back furniture with teak wood arms. There is a table with four chairs for outdoor dining, and two loungers and a side table for sunbathing.
For those rainy days or lazy evenings, a varied selection of paperback books, games, and cards are available for your use. If you are feeling lucky, set up the eight-person poker table top complete with a deluxe poker chip and card set.
A Whirlpool Duet front-loading laundry system has been furnished to handle all of your laundry needs. There is no need to overpack as this washer and dryer has a super-capacity load capability. A drying rack is located in the laundry room for all those wet swimsuits and beach towels.
There is no need to worry about keeping up with a key to the unit. We have a keyless entry system. That way you will not have to carry keys with you when you are at the beach or at the pool. It is just another way we make your life easier while you are on vacation.
Special Notes and Payment Information:
Half of payment is due within one week of reservation or it will be cancelled. Full payment is due three weeks before arrival date. Security/Damage Deposit of $300 is due three weeks before arrival date. Deposit is refunded after the departure inspection. County and state taxes (9.5%) are not included in rates. Cleaning fee is included in weekly rates. Rates are subject to change without notice. Weekly Schedule is from Saturday to Saturday.
Monthly Schedule is from the beginning of the month to the end of the month. Monthly rentals require 2 cleanings which are not included in monthly pricing.
Check-in is 3:00 PM and Check-out is 10:00 AM. |
