Come stay in Treasure Island's most luxurious, two bedroom condominium. You name it, we have it! Our unit is located on the tenth floor with fantastic views. The building is angled to where it allows a fabulous view of the entire length of Panama City Beach.
Treasure Island is located in the curve of Thomas Drive near St. Andrews State Park. It is near famous restaurants such as Captain Anderson's, The Treasure Ship, and Boatyard. You can even walk to Schooner's, Montego Bay, or Scampi's and enjoy hassle-free lunches or dinners. If you are in search of nightlife, Schooner's (the last local beach club) is only 150 yards down the beach. Club Le Vela and Spinnakers are less than five minutes away. What other location offers you all of this?
Much time and money were spent decorating and furnishing this unit to provide you with the most memorable and pleasurable vacation you will ever have at the beach. This unit was decorated using dark wood tones and rich plush fabrics in all the rooms. Four-hundred count sheets were used in both the master (king-size bed) and guest (queen-size bed) bedrooms along with pillow-top mattresses. The sofa-bed (queen-size) and bunk (twin-size) sheets are made where the top and bottom sheet are attached, so your sheets won't come off your mattress while you are sleeping.
What could be better than watching your favorite movie in the living room on the wide-screen HDTV PLASMA Television! It is complete with a Bose surround sound system with DVD/CD. The master bedroom has a 37 inch LED HDTV with a DVD player. The guest bedroom features a 26 inch LCD TV with X-Box and several popular games to thrill the kids. The X-Box also serves as a DVD player. Digital cable service with 12 HBO channels has been provided for your enjoyment.
For those who feel out of touch without their laptop computer, bring it with you to the beach. This unit features high-speed wireless internet access service. We also have a wireless printer for you to use.
If you love to cook or just want a snack, this kitchen will more than service your needs. We have included a full set of cookware, bake-ware, storage containers, glassware, bar-ware, and silverware. There is a Ninja high-speed blender/ice crusher for frozen drinks and even a coffee bean grinder for the exotic coffee lovers. A family-size George Foreman grill with dishwasher-safe removable grill plates has been provided for your use.
Treasure Island condominiums feature the most desirable balconies because they are positioned facing west down the beach. The sunsets are incredible from the 30 feet by 9 feet balcony. The unit's balcony features sling back furniture with teak wood arms. There is a table with four chairs for outdoor dining, and two loungers and a side table for sunbathing.
For those rainy days or lazy evenings, a varied selection of paperback books, games, and cards are available for your use. If you are feeling lucky, set up the eight-person poker table top complete with a deluxe poker chip and card set.
A Whirlpool Duet front-loading laundry system has been furnished to handle all of your laundry needs. There is no need to over pack as this washer and dryer has a super-capacity load capability. A drying rack is located in the laundry room for all those wet swimsuits and beach towels.
There is no need to worry about keeping up with a key to the unit. We have a keyless entry system. That way you will not have to carry keys with you when you are at the beach or at the pool. It is just another way we make your life easier while you are on vacation.
Special Notes and Payment Information:
A $300 payment is due within one week of reservation or it will be cancelled. Full payment is due three weeks before arrival date. Security/Damage Deposit of $300 is due three weeks before arrival date. Deposit is refunded after the departure inspection. County and state taxes (11.5%) are not included in rates. Cleaning fee is included in most weekly rates. Rates are subject to change without notice. Weekly schedule is from Saturday to Saturday.
Monthly schedule is from the beginning of the month to the end of the month. Monthly rentals may require 2 cleanings which are not included in monthly pricing.
Check-in is 3:00 PM and Check-out is 10:00 AM.

We just got back our stay in this great unit. The photos do not do it justice. This condo is beautiful and very clean! The beds were really comfortable too. Everything you could possibly need plus. We were so excited when we discovered all the beach accessories in the laundry room What a pleasant surprise! We didn't have room in our car for all the stuff we usually bring so this was HUGE! We won't stay any place else. We have found the best place in PCB!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We would recommend this unit to anyone. The location was great. We were traveling with young kids so we were very happy that it was family oriented. The property was clean and well maintained. Our family stayed in this unit for the first time this year and absolutely LOVED it!!!! Bonnie was great to deal with and very nice. The unit was super clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable and plush. Loved the furnishings! It was also equipped with lots of items that made our stay even better (bar ware, beach chairs, etc). We plan to stay here on our next trip to PCB. This unit has ruined all others for us. :). Did I mention we loved it?? LOLRecommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Our stay was awesome! The room was very clean & well maintained. It even smelled clean when we first arrived. The photos well describe the room. We really liked being able to walk to Schooners on the beach & Scampys & Montego Bay right next door. Plenty of shopping stores close by as well. The condo was in great condition with wonderful views of the Gulf from the back and the Bay from the front. We came down for the 4th of July week and were able to see the fireworks from the Bay and the Gulf without leaving the 10th floor. We love being walking distance from several restaurants. Our two kids loved the bunk beds and we loved the big master bedroom with a view of the gulf. The entertainment center in the living room was first class. This is a super condo at a great location. The furnishings are first class, and it is cleaner than any that my family has ever used. We had our daughter, son in law and grandson with us, and they had a great week. The TV selections are awesome. The whole complex is very well maintained, and the beach out front is alive with activity. We walked to at least 3 nearby restaurants for meals. What a beautiful condo, we had never been to Panama City before this vacation and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The view of the beach and sunsets were breathtaking. The condo exceeded all of our expectations, it's incredibly spacious, spotless upon check in, and just overall perfect for a family vacation. My family and I could not have been more pleased with Lee and Bonnie's condo at Treasure Island. It is well-decorated and beautiful, and the view from the balcony is fantastic (could see down the beach for miles)! When we arrived, everything was in perfect condition. I cooked a good bit while we were there, and I was impressed by how well the kitchen was arranged and well-stocked with most every kind of gadget one could need. We were also very pleased with how comfortable the beds were. Normally, I do not sleep as well when away from home, but I had no problems there. The location of Treasure Island is wonderful! It is on the quiet end of Panama City Beach, and traffic was never an issue. We loved the fact that we could see the ocean from the balcony and the bay from the back hallways of the condo complex. In summary, my family was very pleased with every aspect of our vacation in Panama City Beach, including our selection of condo. This condo was as impressive on arrival as it was when we researched it on vrbo. Treasure Island is on the "quiet" end of PCB and close to 80% of the restaurants. My family and I enjoyed and appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail that Lee & Bonnie put into the furnishing, decorations, etc...
