This house is a newly remodeled, 1600-square-foot home with a large, bright kitchen and sunroom with views of the golf course. It has a patio with direct access to the third fairway on the golf course. It has wood floors in the traffic areas and has a console piano.

You would have full access to the clubhouse including pool, Billiards, weight room, Bingo, and all other amenities. Travel tours are planned regularly to local attractions.

This community is limited to 55 years and older. Children limited to a 60-day stay. A 3-month minimum lease is required.
