This charming, one level condominium, is conveniently located to all Sun City West amenities. You will appreciate the convenience, but at the same time, enjoy the relaxing and quiet atmosphere. It is like having the best of both worlds!! No need for a car, the condo is WALKING DISTANCE grocery stores, restaurants, drug store & banks. Under one mile to the Sun Dome, Sports Pavilion and RH Johnson Rec. Center, (The Largest Rec. Center in SCW), which offers the following: Bowling Alley, Billiards, Indoor Cafe, Large Outdoor Pool, Indoor Jacuzzi, Tennis, Boccie, Pickle Ball & Walking Track, which is lit up at night! High Speed Internet is available for an additional fee of $35.00.

Our tastefully decorated condo, has been newly remodeled with new paint, 20-inch porcelain tile, new refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, built-in microwave, and new blinds. The attached garage has a door leading to the kitchen, and is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

The fully enclosed, private covered patio can be accessed from the master bedroom and dining area. It is equipped with a propane gas barbecue, patio table and chairs, two over sized comfy Hampton Bay loungers, a comfortable wicker chair and ceiling fan. A perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, and grapefruit(when in season).

The master bedroom has a beautiful, Stanley, queen-size bedroom set with a dresser and mirror, chest of drawers, makeup table with flip up mirror, night stand, wing back chair,TV and answering machine, Sony alarm clock with CD player, ceiling fan, and beautiful custom-made floral bedding.

The guest bedroom is elegantly furnished with matching twin Bombay Company beds, floral bedding, and a nightstand in-between with a chest of drawers, alarm clock, and ceiling fan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Lenox everyday dishes, patio dishes and crystal wine/champagne flutes. Quality small appliances include coffee maker, large toaster, blender, hand mixer, and small food processor. All cooking utensils, spices, linens, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies are provided.

Please note that Sun City West is an AGE-RESTRICTED community. At least one rental occupant must be 55 years of age or older.

Tenant recreation membership cards are available for up to two people, at an additional cost, to use the SCW facilities. Rec. cards will allow you to have full use of any, and all of the four rec. centers in SCW. It will also qualify you to receive discounted resident golf rates, as opposed to guest rates, to use any of the seven golf courses (3 Executive & 4 Regulation) This membership also gives you the opportunity to get involved in several clubs and allows you to participate in many craft and hobby activities.

  • Over the past two winter seasons we have spent a total of four months in this lovely home. It is well decorated and very well equipped. The location is excellent and quiet (a short walk to the clubhouse). Most importantly the owner is very accessable and she is extremely responsive to any requests from tenants. We highly recommend this home.

  • We found this rental to be quiet and comfortable. It has been well maintained and furnished. The owner shows pride and is very reliable. A good choice to spend Winter enjoying the sunshine with all sorts of activity available.
