White-water view from front room, kitchen, front yard, and private upstairs deck. Master suite upstairs with large shower and operable skylight. 5 Cable TVs. Extensive landscaping, large driveway, and two-and-one-half car garage. Large fenced yard with hot water outdoor shower. Six-mile-long ultra wide sandy beach 400 feet to the west with no streets to cross. Enjoy short jaunts to San Luis Obispo for shopping or Cayucos and Cambria for antiques or live theater. Visit the Paso Robles wine country for a lazy Sunday afternoon or head up to Hearst Castle to see how the opulent once lived on the coast. See the elephant seals on the beach in Pedras Blancas or see the quaint aquarium in Morro Bay. Ride, walk or jog to Morro Bay on the bike path or catch a day of sport fishing for local rock cod.
