Rate Details (In US Dollars)
SALE: All July & August weeks 2500!! Weekly Rates $2000-$3800 plus 10.5% room tax
& security deposit. Nightly rate 300-350 available in the off-season only, w/a
minimum 2 night stay. Contracts are not confirmed until they are returned
with a deposit of 1/3 of the rental fee, copy of the signer's driver's
license and a list of all guests staying during the rental period.
All signer's must be over the age of 25 years. For senior & college groups, I
need one parent to sign the contract unless everyone in the group is over 25.
Contracts with multiple signers will be rejected.
