Fantastic new holiday apartment set in beautiful gardens adjacent to Santa Maria Golf club in Elviria. Choice of 5 swimming pools, close to beach, amenities and town centre. Quiet & tranquil location. Perfect base for golfing holidays, sight seeing, sun, sand, sangria and more! Comfortable, stylish & attractive furnishings throughout. All guests have complimented us about the apartment and several have stayed more than once. The apartment is ground floor and south-facing in Bloque 14 with a view overlooking the pool with the waterfall from the terrace.
There is also a cot available for toddlers - no extra charge.
You can pay for your holiday by cheque, internet banking or PayPal with low booking deposit in GBP or EUR.

Marbella has a warm climate all year round due the region being shield by mountains giving it is own micro-climate. It is hot during the peak summer season and warm enough even during Christmas & New Year when the sun shines to sit on the terrace with shorts & T-shirt.
Andalucia really is the place to be - the area is superbly located to visit many places of interest.
It is short drive to historic towns of Cordoba, Granada, Seville, Rhonda & Jerez and of course Malaga itself.
Visit one of the 7 wonders of the world - The Alhambra Palace - fantastic moorish architecture.
Hiring a car is very cheap in Spain and fuel is cheaper than the UK.

Beautiful apartment, complex and area!!!
I have just returned for a two week break with my 3 young children and my husband. This was our first trip to Elviria and los jardins.The complex itself has f4 fantastic swimming pools and the grounds are clean, safe and secure for children. The 2 eldest children made many friends and spent the full 2 weeks playing, socialising and swimming.The apartment is furnished to a high standard and had everything we needed. Shops, a supermarket, bars etc are just a pleasant 5 mins walk away and there are numerous food options available i.e tapas, italian, chinese, indian, english...eating out can become very expensive though! The beach is also a 10 min walk away and has some lovely beach front eatery's will gorgeous veiws and food. All in all this holiday was much more than what we expected and i will be asking for my returnable deposit to be used to secured another trip next year!!!

Ian's apartment has an excellent location, urbanization is great, full of swimming and being a floor, you use the garden as an extension of the house. The house is well equipped and the truth is, if possible, repeat the stay. It is highly recommended, as the treatment and management of the apartment. Treatment with confidence. In short, a pleasure. El apartamento de Ian tiene una ubicación excelente, la urbanización es estupenda, llena de piscinas y al ser una planta baja, usas el jardín como una prolongación de la casa. La casa esta bien equipada y la verdad es que si es posible, repetiremos la estancia. Resulta muy aconsejable, en cuanto al trato ya gestión del apartamento, no hubo problemas y nos entendimos con confianza. En resumen un placer.
