You have found your vacation destination when you arrive at our beautiful, seventh floor, direct Gulf-front condominium (not a side view) with its private, beachfront balcony. Paradise and tranquility begin when the sun rises slowly each morning. Glimpse a dolphin breaking the water's surface, enjoy the white sandy beaches and inviting warm Gulf water. You will not want to leave!

Our redecorated condominium has room for the entire family and sleeps four. Private master bedroom with king-size bed and bath. There are built-in bunks, the children will love. Our unit is fully-equipped as a second home, just bring your bathing suits, beach towels, golf clubs, and fishing poles. Beach chair and umbrella rental available, in season. Sorry, no pets or smoking.

After a relaxing day at the beach or pool, enjoy the specialty shops, boutiques, day spas, and fine cuisine the area has to offer. (There are several restaurants within walking distance.) If golf is your game, there are numerous courses within a short drive. Or if you prefer fishing, there are several fishing charters in the area. Outlet shopping is a short drive away. Enjoy all the community has to offer, or do nothing at all!

The view is beautiful, condo was very clean and comfy, my kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Location is convenient to dining and shopping. Let me suggest 'Sea and Suds' in Gulf Shores. Great place for casual seafood. Thanks again, it was great

  • 08/31/09-09/04/09 This is our second year to stay at the Tradewinds. Allen and Dottie have a great condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, unit 702 is decorated and stocked completely.   • 8/10/09 Tradewinds condo 702 is a perfect place to stay. I will definitely stay in this unit again when I make it back to Orange Beach. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. It provided everything you would need for a home away from home. The view is perfect. The area was very family oriented. The Clarkes were so easy to work with. I highly recommend this unit.

  • Three ladies just spent May 13-18 at Allen/Dottie's condo. It was perfect for us; very convenient. It was so clean and pretty and the view was amazing. The weather was not the best this time but we plan to go back. Dottie was so easy to work with and made us feel at home. Very gracious.

We enjoyed our time looking out at the gulf. The owner is so easy to work with and very nice. We plan to return to this area and to this particular condo!

  • This past week was our second visit to Tradewinds #702 and we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Orange Beach. The view of the ocean and beach from this unit is absolutely breathtaking and renting from Allen & Dottie was a very positive experience. You won't regret any part of the trip if you stay in this unit.
