DECEMBER SPECIAL: I really can't lower the rates anymore or it would be free to stay but mention this ad and I will give another $10/night off if you book 6 or more nights through Christmas. If the passes are available as they are much of the time you will have very little wrapped up in your lodging when you figure the savings from the ski passes. I don't know where you can find a better deal than this for a beautiful ski in/out condo. You can walk right out the back patio of our condo to enjoy hiking and biking on the mountain or walk to the end of the building and put your skis on and head to the slopes. Play tennis or go swimming at the club house. And of course, there are all the other area activities located right here in the heart of the Yampa Valley! Let us help you plan your next get-a-way in the Boat!
Call or e-mail us to find out if we have ski passes for your use while you are here. We normally have some available but they are on a first come/first serve basis so please check with us ahead of time. Our ski passes can be used by our guests when our friends and family are not using them. They are complimentary and are not packaged into the price; just an added perk when available which they often are. To buy your tickets at the ticket window could cost $87 a day each. Calculate your savings or call us and let us show you how much you can save if the passes are available and then you can put your skis on and catch a trail right out the back door of the condo building this winter. You can then ski up to the same door at lunch or after your day is done. Use the money you save by possibly "skiing on us" to enjoy some of the many fine restaurants in town. I don't know where you can sleep and ski for a lower rate.
We have a beautiful large 1 bedroom convertible condo. There is a "bedroom" with a queen-size bed that can be separated from the living room using the accordion wall. The living room has two arm chairs and a leather queen-size sleeper sofa. The condo has recently been remodeled and features all the conveniences of home, including a large walk-in pantry. The bath has a large walk-in shower and there is new slate and carpet throughout. We have supplied our unit with high-end bed linens and towels for your comfort.
Our unit is located on the main level and is very convenient to the entrance of the building. The laundry facilities are located just downstairs on the first floor. The ski lockers are located on the first floor and are only a short hallway walk out to the ski slopes and a day of fun on our famous Champagne Powder!
Relax after a day on the slopes at the clubhouse. There you will find a large hot tub, heated pool, fitness room, and tennis courts.
We also have a two 2 bd/2bth condos (sleep 6), a 2bd plus den plus loft/4bth (sleeps 9), 3 bd/4 1/2 bth townhome (sleeps 9), and 2 studios that are attached that sleep 4 to 6. Call us for more information on these or check our other listings. We live in Steamboat Springs and only manage the properties we own.

Skiing with Billy Kidd is a must! He's warm and entertaining. Your condo is just lovely, warm and homey. We had a wonderful time. Ski in/out is so convenient too. Steamboat is a friendly town and the mountain is massive with a perfect mix of blue and black trails. You can't beat the snow here!!! The pictures of your family add a warm, friendly touch. The highlight of the trip was skiing with Billy Kidd the first day on the mountain. I benefitted from some excellent skiing tips from him.
