Live right on the white sand beaches. Vacationing in our condo is the answer to your dreams, as a direct gulf view can be seen from practically every corner of the unit. As you enter the front door, you can turn into the kitchen and laundry room, or continue into the living room/dining room area. The windows and doors allow for cross-ventilation and views of both the front and back yards, making this unit feel like a home.
Relax in the main room while listening to music, watching TV, or enjoying the spectacular view. On one side of the condo is a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, master bathroom and the fabulous gulf view from the double windows. On the other end of the condo, you will find the 2 guest bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed, TV, and gulf view, and the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom.
The Belleair Beach location of this condo is ideal. Great restaurants, boating, golfing, and shopping spots are close by. The excitement and activities of Clearwater Beach are just 5 minutes away, yet this building is situated in a quiet and secure residential area where buildings are only 3 stories high and exclusive single-family homes are abundant. In Tampa, just 30 minutes away, there are theatre and arts events and the popular Busch Gardens (amusement park and zoo). Drive another hour to Orlando and you can have the time of your life with the kids at Disney World, Universal Studios or Seaworld.
If you enjoy nature, you will love the large balcony facing the gulf waters. The sunsets at day's end are spectacular and dolphins can often be seen swimming by. The extra large swimming pool is just steps away for your convenience. Parking is never a problem and is ideally located right near the stairs and the elevator that take you up to this 2nd floor unit. The entire building was painted and upgraded in 2005, as was the condo itself. Enjoy the comfort and experience the peacefulness in this quiet, serene "home away from home".
