Condominium Mares de Búzios... WALK TO TOWN!!! This brand new gated town house community of 15 beautiful town homes is spectacular and fabulous. My town house is #11 and has one of the best views of the mountains and the sea as you look over the mountains.
I have spent once again way to much money on decorating and appointing this town home. You will love the walk to town and water taxi thing. The town is always busy and it is hard to find parking down town. However, if you rent a car or a dune buggy you will have your on parking place in front of your Town home.
This is a brand new property in a condo of 15 houses with all facilities you may need (it is not a shared space), such as swimming, pool, sauna (dry and wet), meeting room, restaurant, barbecue place and more. It's located in downtown Buzios, 100 yards from Rock St, Rua das Pedras. The heart of every beach and everything.
This is a two floor house with two balconies, three bedrooms, brand new hard wood furniture, AC, fans, TV Local chanels only just like the hotels in the area have and DVD in each room, stereo. Living room with access to balcony with view to the lake, dining room. Kitchen fully furnished with all appliances you may need; washer, dryer, quality linen and more.
Featuring 9000 square feet of area recreation - swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna dry and steam room, fitness, field of soccer and vôlei, hall for parties, parking, TV, barbecue, interphone, area for games. breakfast, view of the sea. Three hundred meters to the beach of Canto, 250 meters to the center of town.
My Townhouse is situated in a gated community located in downtown Buzios. You can walk to town or take a water taxi to many of the beaches. you do not need a car or dune buggy.
If you do not speak Portuguese or Spanish don't even try to go to Buzios without having an English speaking Host and Driver like my operation. However, Please know that once Cris drops you off you will be mostly on your own with out Cris for interpertations. Egganold your local host does not speak english. Buzios is a wonderful playland for Travelers who love the beach and beach towns. Buzios is Brazil's Palm Beach, Florida as they say. However, I think of it more as their Key West, Florida with out Duval street and the 24/7 loud music, etc.
More like Key West before every body found out about it. Also, Buzios has small mountains and 23 beautiful beaches. A big attraction is their dune buggies that you can rent for about $25 per day. Also, you can take the water taxis for cheap to most all the beaches.
If you have not been to Buzios befor here is some information for you from my first guest:
Mark, we had a great time. We explored Azeda, Jao Fernandes, and Geriba beaches. Of those, Azeda was the best and closest to the condo as well. Can take water taxi there or 10 min walk. Its smaller, but less crowded and no one hasseling you to buy stuff on the beach. One day we took a day/boat trip to Cabo Frio. It was nice, but if you can find a tour that does only the boat portion of the day trip, that would be better.
Afterwards our tour brought us to Cabo Frio town which wasnt so nice. We of course enjoyed the evenings on the Rue de Piedras. Guapo Loco was fun but very packed come late night. Found another place that is just past Guapo Loco that is on the second level called Deep that had a nice lounge vibe. Mix Bar was nice too, they have live acustic music and chairs on the beach outside. If your at the heart of Rue de Piedras and looking at the sea go to your right and some more upscale shopping, restaurants, and clubs are that way.
Very nice. Satyricon had excellent, but very expensive seafood. The pizza place next door to it has okay, very expensive pizza as well. Further down that way towards Azeda you come to a place with more local feeling bars which were nice and got to meet more locals there. Other than that we enjoyed wine on the balcony and had a very relaxing time. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions!

I will be able to show you all of Buzios, Rio and surrounding cities historical and fun spots.
The charge is $R350.00 real from rio de janeiro airport to buzios and $R350.00 real to return to Rio de Janeiro airport.if there are more than 2 people with many bags please call or email for a quote - I will need to use a bigger van, ect. My casa is the best one there with local artis Painings and awsome funiture... there is a steam room and pool.... you walk to everything... 4 minutes to Down Town Buzios.... 10 minutes to Bravo Beach.... they wait on you hand and foot there.
