The villa is fully furnished with quality furniture, 4 TV's, dishes, flatware, linens, cookware etc. for your comfort and pleasure. The master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress, two walk in closets, a double vanity sink and a large walk in shower. Enjoy the sunset sitting on your private lanai which backs on to a canal and palm trees over the community maintained landscaping.
A short drive will take you to any of four local beaches. Additionally - St. Peterburg's Fort Desoto Beach/Park (rated #1 beach in the country) and Sarasota's Siesta Key Beach (rated #3 in the country) are both about an hour drive away. Port Charlotte is a 90 minute drive from the Tampa airport and about 45 minutes from either the Ft Myers or Sarasota airports. It is a 90 minute drive to the beautiful and scenic town of Naples. Disney World is less than 2 hours away.
Are you a Baseball Fan? In 2009 the Tamp Bay Rays moved into their new Spring Training at the new Port Charlotte Stadium, about a 10 minute drive. Spring Training Season Tickets may be available or included for renters at no additional cost.
