The separate laundry/wash room is located as you enter the home from the garage. Grand tile floors adorn the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms, with carpeting throughout the rest of the home.
The social hub of the community is the 6,000 square foot clubhouse and lifestyle center, which features a media lounge with big screen TV and regulation billiards table. The exercise center is adequately equipped with health and fitness equipment.
Outside the clubhouse and within walking distance of the home, you will find a 55-foot-long, resort-style swimming pool, in-ground spa, poolside tiki bar and gas grills. These amenities are connected by an expansive sun deck. Tennis enthusiasts will enjoy the Har-Tru tennis courts, while others may choose to get their exercise shooting hoops on the adjacent basketball court.

4 of us stayed here for a golf week in April. It's located in a quiet gated community within walking distance to restaurants and malls and has numerous courses nearby. The condo is very spacious, newly decorated and had everything we needed. The large master bedroom with en-suite is quite impressive and opens onto the full wrap around lanai. The clubhouse nearby with tennis, swimming pool, hot tub, gym and BBQ area are an added bonus. We've already booked again for next year!!!Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: My wife and I are from Rochester, NY, and live in the Finger Lakes Region. It is beautiful country, but the winters can be awfully long. After a week in the sun during Spring Break, we literally found our Florida dream home on the way to the airport! Bell Tower Park in S. Fort Myers is a peaceful, gated community close to the Fort Myers Airport, the beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva islands, excellent restaurants, shopping and historic attractions.
