On the 1st level is the Master Bedroom with a King size bed and sliding glass doors which open to the newly enclosed Lanai (perfect for your morning coffee while listening to the fountain in the lake) . Master bath has walk-in closet. Great Room, Dining, and Kitchen all overlook the lake. Updated Kitchen and new bamboo flooring in great room. New carpet.
Upstairs the 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd bathroom is also located upstairs for your guests' convenience and privacy. A third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full sleeper sofa.
Breckenridge is a gated community with an executive par 3 golf course with 13 lakes. There are 8 Har Tru tennis courts (6 that have lights for night play). A junior olympic-size pool, 4 satellite pools, bocce courts, shuffle board and water aerobics program. A 6700 sq.ft. clubhouse with many activities and events.
Shopping at Miromar Outlets, the new Coconut Point Shopping Center which has fabulous restaurants, fantastic movie theater, and great shops, the new Gulf Coast Town Center, etc. And endless dining possibilities at Chop's, Roy's, Angelina's, Pagelli's, Mel's Diner, Blu Sushi, Luna Rosa, Bice, Blue Water Bistro,etc.
The new Estero Park is nearby which has a kids section, walking area, horeshoe pits, dog park. volley ball courts, and shelters.
