This spacious townhouse is located near a cul de sac with a view of Arrowhead Lake (one of the many lakes within the development). On the 1st level is the Master Bedroom with a King size bed and sliding glass doors which open to the newly enclosed Lanai (perfect for your morning coffee while listening to the fountain in the lake) . Master bath has walk-in closet. Great Room, Dining, and Kitchen all overlook the lake. Updated Kitchen and new bamboo flooring in great room. New carpet. Well equipped kitchen.
