Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
My family and I started vacationing in Park City when I was 5 years old and it was always a family favorite. My father and I returned for a ski trip in 2005 and I decided Park City is where I wanted to live. So, I moved the following winter and skied 113 days at Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbird and Alta.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Being just 2 blocks to Historic Main Street, it's very easy to walk to dinner or some entertainment. We are locals, so we can provide any dining recommendations and can often secure difficult reservations during busy times of the year.
During the winter, it's just a short walk to the Park City Town Lift or you can easily catch the free Park City shuttle to Deer Valley or The Canyons. We also help all of our guests with discount lift tickets, which can save quite a bit for large groups.
It's so close to everything that you don't really need a car, but there is also plenty of parking if you decide to get one anyway.
Best place to catch all the Free Park City buses that run throughout town.

We will definitely be back, this place is awesome! It has a very nice layout for a medium sized group and there is a huge hot tub on the back deck with a grill. It's also less than 2 blocks to Main Street, so we walked into town every day. It's also on the free park city bus route, so we didn't even need a car. The owner, Jon, was very hospitable and went out of his way to make sure that we had a great time and saved us a lot of money on lift tickets. He even got us last minute dinner reservations at the best restaurant in town! Highly recommended, just don't our week! :)
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable townhouse which easily accommodated all nine of us. It was so easy to ski at Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley, as well as to explore the town, without having a rental car. The owner was friendly, helpful and available, and did so much to make our stay even more enjoyable. We would certainly stay here again!

Great location, easy walk to shuttle and to main street. Large, nice and comfortable condo that accomodated our group of 9 with no problem. Owner is responsive and was a huge help with lift tickets.

Great place to stay at! We walked to the PC Town Lift during the day and to Main Street during the night. The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay extraordinarily pleasant.

We definitely recommend this townhouse. The property is a 5-minute walk from the center of Old Town Park City and has all the amenities. In particular, the steam shower was great for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The property owner is responsive and easy to get in touch with. Thanks again!
