Aloha and welcome to our beachside Condo. You'll know you've arrived in paradise as you step into this professionally decorated 2-bedroom beauty; rich tropical fabrics, seagrass furniture and retro artwork combined to make a peaceful retreat. Our past guests rave about the classy, yet playful, Hawaiiana decor. A recent comment in our guestbook reads: "finally a condo that actually looks better than the on-line pictures".

Fully-remodeled in 2005, the Condo features brand new furniture throughout, granite counter tops in kitchen and baths, and a spacious floor plan. Full air conditioning in the Master bedroom and living room. Simmons Beautyrest beds with premium linens ensure your comfort, including a California King in the Master bedroom with a Queen and Twin in the 2nd bedroom. Two full bathrooms have louvered windows to allow the gentle tradewinds to pass through. A comfortable 1,048 square feet of space in addition to a roomy lanai loacated at 2619 S. Kihei Road #A-206 on the south side of Maui in Kihei.

Additional remodel of both bathrooms with new tile and fixtures; new tile kitchen flooring; and new kitchen appliances was completed in May 2006.

Located directly across from beautiful Kamaole Beach III, you can enjoy a morning swim, excellent snorkeling, or the beautiful Maui sunsets. Within 1 block, you will find the dive boats departing for Molokini, as well as some of Kihei's best restaurants. As an added amenity, the Condo features reserved/covered parking - something lacking at most accommodations in Kihei. After a day at the beach, enjoy the beautiful swimming pool, cook out at the pool-side BBQ area, or try a game of shuffleboard.

This little-known Condo complex is a hidden gem with a perfect location in south Kihei. Be sure to book in advance, as our calendar fills quickly with returning guests. Your vacation time is valuable, so choose your accommodations carefully. Why stay in a "tired" Condo when for the same price you can stay in a beautifully decorated oasis?   • We absolutely loved this condo. The Hawaiiana decor was done so nicely and for a family of five we did not feel like we were in each others way. It was quiet and the pool was a wonderful way to end a busy day. We hope to be back to Maui sooner than later and plan on booking this place again.

  • Hi, Just wanted to comment on our stay experience in your condo. The condo is very clean, airy, and truly welcomed in hawaiian style. Everything looks new and updated. All the amenities are plentiful, the management is very nice. The location could not be better and very quiet. Maui is the place I would like to visit every chance I get, and we will definitely think of this condo next time. Thanks

  • Wow! This place was so clean and updated. This exceeded our expectations. The building is quiet and across from a good swimming and snorkeling beach. We cooked in alot so it was an affordable vacation too. We will definitely be back again.
