This completely remodeled vacation home is a 2 bedroom 2 Bath condo has all the amenities you need to enjoy your time away from the slopes in wonderful Park City. Located in the Prospector Square section of town, it's convenient and close to everything Park City has to offer; 3 world class ski resorts, shopping and dining on Main Street are easily reached via the free Park City Bus System. Prospector Square has more than its share of great dining available including the famous Grub Steak and The Blind Dog Cafe. Everything in Prospector is within a 5 minute walk.
Our Vacation Get-away will provide your family or small group with everything you need in a home away from home. Prior to owning this Condo, we've stayed in several rental condos and we're well aware of all the little things that can cause annoyance on vacation. We've purposely set this one up to eliminate those annoyances and ensure that you have a quality vacation experience. The condo is a great location and lodging for either a Utah winter ski vacation or summer mountain and entertainment vacation.
There are many places in town where you can get package deals for rentals and lift tickets or discount lift tickets as well. We can point you in the right direction.
Condo Amenities Include:
Queen in Master Bedroom. Bunk beds (Full/Twin) in 2nd Bedroom. Unit sleeps 7 including the Queen sofa bed. All beds, including the sofa bed, have new foam mattresses and are great after a long day. Wood Laminate floors in living room with comfortable leather furniture.
Wood burning fireplace. Kitchen is situated for socializing and has quality appliances including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ice-maker and blender. The kitchen is very well appointed with quality cooking tools. Not the junk you find in in most rentals.
Stacked washer and dryer located in unit. To us, this is a must as it eliminates the annoying trips to the laundromat and greatly simplifies packing for a ski trip. Ironing board and iron also provided. If you choose to relax in the evening instead of hitting the town, you'll enjoy the large flat panel TV with Tivo and Blu Ray DVD player. Both bedrooms also have TV's and the spare bedroom is connected to an IPod dock so you can listen to your own music or watch your own downloaded movies. We also have a great selection of kids and adult DVDs, books and games. The unit also has a stereo connected to the flat screen and also includes a CD player.
Our condo has been fully remodeled this year and the master bath is appointed with a large luxury stand up shower. The second bath is finished with a full tub and stand up shower. All towels and linens provided. Hair dryer in second bath. A common hot tub is located outside the door only one flight down. The condo is very light, bright and open and has a great view of the mountains.
There is a sledding hill right behind the condo that can be viewed from inside. The hill is on the historic rail trail that is great for biking in the summer or cross country skiiing in the winter. This is a great family friendly condo.
You don't need a car in Park City, but if you did drive, the building has underground parking with a gate and assigned spot. Although the building is only 3 stories, there's an elevator that greatly eases loading and unloading. Building is on the free bus route taking you wherever you want to go including Park City Resort, Deer Valley, The Canyons and Main Street. No smoking in the unit or on the Suncreek Condo Property (per HOA). Keywords: Condominium
