Vacation in our privately owned luxury condo. Enjoy a well stocked and well maintained beachfront condo that offers beautiful views, a gorgeous three and a half mile, white sand, crescent beach, and many extras. Spend time relaxing, shelling, walking, reading, or just vegging out. Our condo just finished renovations in Oct 2009.
Marco offers a wonderful array of activities. From the convenient supply of beach activities right outside your door to the many recreational and educational opportunities in the area. We are the Gateway to the Everglades, where you can enjoy museums, swamp buggy rides, air boat rides, and excursions.
There is an endless choice for entertainment and restaurants in and around Marco. From live entertainment at the Naples Philharmonic and the local player in both Naples and Marco, to the 20 theater complex in Naples or the Marco Movies where you can enjoy your dinner while watching the latest movies.
Our condo has three loose leaf binders that have been put together to give you an overview of what is available for your recreational enjoyment, in Marco, Naples, and the Everglades. Shopping is taken to a new level from the many quaint shops in Marco to the upscale shopping on Fifth Avenue in Naples. Outlet shopping is available right off the Island at the Prime Outlet Mall and if you want something larger there is the Miramar Outlet Mall in Estero, about a 40 minutes ride.
Our condo has all the comforts of home. Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking. We try to provide all that you will need for a great vacation, from information on what there is to do in the area to the many extras that we provide in our apartments.

Why the Owner Chose South Seas
We have been vacationing in Marco since 1991. We fell in love with South Seas and Marco Island while visiting friends who owned a condo in the South Seas Club. After that visit we came back three months later and bought our first condo. Still in love with the Island and South Seas Club, five years later we bought a second condo.
We love the location of South Seas as it is close to stores, restaurants and the newer areas of the Island such as the Esplanade, Veteran's Park, and all the ice cream establishments on the Island. A very important amenity for my family. It is also closer to the bridge that takes you off the Island.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We take great care to update and keep our condo in great shape. It is very home like and when we enter the door it is always like coming home. It has a peaceful and relaxing feel about it and being able to see the palm trees swaying in the breeze from most places in the condo offers a tranquil atmosphere in which to enjoy our stay. Because it is so well stocked, we don't have to bring lots of stuff with us so it makes our stay much easier.
We love walking the beach and observing the wildlife. It is next to a great playground at Tigertail Beach which our grandkids love. We don't swim at Tigertail as the Gulf is much nicer. Our end of the beach is where everyone goes to go shelling. Tigertail Beach is one of the best all-around birding sites in Southwest Florida. Because we are close to this conservation area it makes the walk to the Gulf a bit longer as the beach is deeper, but the benefits more than compensate.
We also love the fact that we have 55 beautifully landscaped acres with walking paths throughout as part of our complex. If we want to go for a walk we can either walk out the door and over the footbridge to the beach or take one of the paths which winds through the property and offers us views of the tennis courts,the pools, the Club House, the boat docks and all the bayside garden apartments. It is a true paradise and we always hate to leave.

We live the New England area. We have two children and two beautiful granddaughters. We don’t get to Marco nearly as often as we would like to, but hope that in the future we will be able to spend more time there. We enjoy walking the beach, shelling, watching the birds and sea life, and have had the incredible experience of having a dolphin join us for a swim.

Vacation Marco Island! Syracuse, New York Review Submitted: February 19, 2010 Date of Stay: February 2010 This was our second trip to Marco Island and the second time we stayed at this condo. We enjoyed every day of our vacation especially since we are right on the beach. The location of the condo is great and it included all the amenities we could of asked for. The owner is great to work with and the condo was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. Everyone in the complex is very helpful and friendly. We have two daughters ages 10 & 12 and there is plenty to do for everyone. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Hi Lorraine, I had a great time while I was at your condo. It was 95-97 everyday and rained for about 10 minutes the whole week. Nothing new about the rain though. It may rain hard but only for a few minutes or during the night. The ocean temperature was warmer then the pool temperature. The condo was perfect as was the facility. Thanks, Alan

Hello Lorraine, We are sorry for the delay in replying but we reached home only yesterday. After leaving Marco Island, we flew to Belize and then to Miami, spending a few days in each before returning to Cyprus via London. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of Marco Island and were very impressed with your beautiful condo.There was nothing that you hadn't provided and your various notes helped us to cope easily with the appliances and equipment. Please rest assured that we would happily return if and when we plan a further holiday to Marco Island and will recommend you to any of our friends looking to vacation in S.W. Florida.

Hi Lorraine, We just got back from Marco on Saturday afternoon. I just wanted to write you a short note and tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your condo for the fourth year in a row. Please hold the two weeks before Thanksgiving in 2010 for us. I know each year I tell you I hope our daughter is going to come down for a weekend. Well this year she finally got to come. Hi Lorraine, We had a fantastic time on Marco Island. The beach was so big and wide, and the shelling was amazing. Your condo was immaculate - it really did feel like a second home to us. And very modern - I loved the tiles. It was very spacious. We took you up on your suggestion and did the Dolphin Explorer, and that day, we saw over 15 dolphins! Two kept following our boat, and doing jumps in the air - the kids loved it, and they and us, learned so much. Great suggestion. Rosa

Hi Lorraine, We have just returned from a wonderful vacation in the U.S and would like to thank you for allowing us to rent your lovely condo. I was impressed by the space we had and how well stocked it was, catering for every need! We enjoyed the comfort and the rest after living out of suitcases for nine or so days. Everything was great - a real home from home - except we tended to eat out every day - not something we do at home. The island is beautiful too.
