This Private Oasis located on Lakeshore Drive is a three bedroom bungalow home that overlooks beautiful Osoyoos Lake. The property is surrounded by vineyards and trees (peach, cherry, plum, apple & walnut) and has been tastefully renovated. There is covered parking for vehicles or marine craft. The beach is located at the end of the driveway (a 2 minute walk) and the boat launch is nearby.
Enjoy the splendid view on the lake from the cottage. In the two main floor bedrooms, new luxury pillow top Queen beds are sure to guarantee a good night's sleep for 4 people. A futon sofa/bed and bunk beds in the basement bedroom are ideally suited to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Bring the beach toys, golf clubs, good books and enjoy! Suntan or relax under the huge Willow tree on this well maintained property! Walk, jog or rollerblade on the paved walkways to friendly downtown Osoyoos.

Great Summer Vacation

We stayed here in August of 2011 and were also joined by some friends of ours for part of the time. This is the second time we have stayed here, the first time being in September of 2009. We had a wonderful time and would like to point out that the new property manager that has taken over since our last visit is doing a great job. The place and bedding etc was very clean and house was well supplied with towels, linens and all other necessities. The outside was well kept and we enjoyed cooking on the barbecue and eating outside at the picnic table in the sun. The description and photos do accuratly describe this cottage, but I believe it's even better in person. The property manager was very helpful and accommodated us when we checked in later than expected. There are many great things to do in Osoyoos. For us the highlights were seadooing on the lake, swimming at the beach, the Desert Cultural Centre, wine touring and dinners at some of the great local restaurants. I would recommend this property for anyone that wants to visit Osoyoos. Thanks again for a wonderful time.

THE PLACE WAS GREAT,CLEAN, AND COZY. YOUR OWN PRIVATE PLACE TO HANG OUT AND DO YOUR OWN THING. THE PROPERTY MANAGERS WERE PERFECT TO DEAL WITH,THEY MET US ON THE DAY OF CHECK IN AND NEVER SAW THEM AGAIN TIL WE LEFT. THE YARD AND SPACE YOU HAVE IS PRICLESS ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU SEE HOW EVERYTHING ELSE IS SO CROWDED IN OSOYOOS. THE YARD MUST BE CLOSE TO 4 ACRES, THE FRUIT TREES( WE WERE TOLD TO HELP OURSELVES( PEACHES, PLUMS,APPLES,NECTARINES)AND WE DID. RACOONS, SKUNKS, SQUIRRELS ALL CAME TO VISIT. WE FELT LIKE WE WERE WAY OUT IN THE COUNTRY, SURROUNDED BY GRAPE VINYARDS ON TWO SIDES AND AN RV PARK ON ONE AND THE LAKE ABOUT 100 STEPS OUT FRONT. WE HEARD NO TRAFFIC, THE PEACE AND QUIET WAS ALSO SOMETHING TO NOTE. THE MEMORIES FROM THAT TRIP WILL LAST FOREVER AND I AM SURE MY KIDS WILL MAKE OSOYOOS THERE HOLIDAY DESTINATION WHEN THEY GROW-UP THEY REALLY LOVED OUR TRIP. WE ARE FROM SLAVE LAKE AND HAVE BEEN THROUGH ALOT THIS YEAR, THE WHOLE HOLIDAY TOOK OUR MINDS OFF EVERYTHING GOING ON HEAR IN SLAVE, OUR ACCOMIDATION TOPPED IT OFF!!! This house was definately a great rental. The location was perfect, private and great for a big family. Or anyone! A quick walk down the drive to a quiet beach. Lots of room to move, play or just relax. We are so glad we found this house for our vacation to Osoyoos. Thanks!

We have been coming to Osoyoos every year since I was a kid & have loyally been staying at the same motel every year but thankfully this year we broke tradition & took a chance on this cottage. We had such a wonderful stay here. I know this will become a new tradition for our families. (We had 2 families stay) It had everything you could need. It was clean & way beyond what I expected even for such a cute old house -it was really top to bottom clean. The property managers were very accommodating & were there right away when arriving & when we departed. They were extremely helpful while booking as well :) The beach was literally right at the end of the driveway you just cross the road (much closer than it looks on Google Maps) The furniture has been updated since these photos & it looks even prettier - I honestly would recommend this place to anyone I know. It is great for kids as there is a yard & fruit trees. You could literally just hang out at the house & be happy especially with the lake so close. But downtown is also close as well, as is Rattlesnake Canyon & many other tourist attractions - i.e. wineries, (there is a vineyard growing all around the property) mountain hiking, golfing etc though you need a car unless you are a big walker for those things - however they are a quick drive & the mini golf you could definitely do in a 20 min walk. This was far better than staying in a motel. If you want cozy, comfort & privacy this place is for you!! But please don't book before we do!
