Easy access to the beach from this gorgeous Seaside vacation condo will make this escape one for the books. Take a stroll along the Promenade, which is just steps from your door, and find your way to great restaurants, antique shops, and much more.

A mix of carpeted and hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and bright natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows give this recently renovated condo a homey elegance. With a book in hand from the home's own collection, take a seat and warm yourself by the gas fireplace in the living room. Maybe lounge on the blue sofa or the floral armchair and flip on the large TV to watch a movie or a show on the provided cable and DVD/VHS player. WiFi is also included, so you can keep connected with family and friends or answer a few work emails.

A classic wood table with seating sits beneath a rustic chandelier. It's right next to enormous windows, so you can sit and enjoy a meal while watching the waves roll in.

All of the major appliances, as well as a dishwasher and a microwave, make up the well-equipped kitchen, so all you need to bring are your fresh ingredients. Enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal every day if you choose!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
