Year Purchased: 2003
Pictured here with my nephew and my dog on the beaches of Block Island. I've lived here year round for over 14 years now. My partner and I own Block Island's only coffee house, Juice 'n Java in the center of town.
Why the Owner Chose Block Island
My family has vacationed on Block Island for over 35 years. In 2003, 9 family members realized a dream when we bought this "fixer upper." We spent 8 months renovating this historic home. The house was renovated with large families in mind so we may all enjoy a vacation at the beach.
