This condo is named "The Frenchman". It is an absolutely adorable two bedrooms, one and a half bath town home located in the heart of South Baton Rouge one minute from I-10. The unit comes furnished with all linens, fully stocked kitchen & bathrooms. The Frenchmen has a living room, dining area, half bath and kitchen and full size washer and dryer downstairs.

One king size master bedroom upstairs with a dressing vanity area, a full bath with a tub/shower combination, and a second bedroom with a full size bed. There are TV's in each bedroom and in the den. There is a VCR/DVD player, and high-speed Internet access. The complex offers an onsite office, monthly pest control, two swimming pools and several laundry facilities. The unit does have a full size washer and dryer.

All utilities, cable, water, sewer, trash, and insurance are inclusive of the rental rates. This one you have to see to believe. If charming is a word you enjoy... This will be a home away from home you will adore!
