This charming Log Cabin boasts 75 ft of lakefront, including a private dock with boat slip. Take in the spectacular panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains from the living room, loft, Master bedroom or either of the 2 furnished decks. For 2010 we have installed a lovely tiled bathroom to create a master suite.
Located just under 1 hour from Glacier National Park, in the heart of Flathead Valley, this property is only minutes away from world class hunting, fishing & antique-ing. Also in the area are several golf courses. Visitors can also enjoy a wide variety of water sports including kayaking, sailing & jet skiing. Some guests may even just want to sit back, fire up the gas grill, & watch the evening regatta sail by. The dock is wonderful for swimming and sun. A boat launching facility is nearby in Somers.
The Master bedroom features a Queen bed & sliding doors that open onto the lake. Master suite includes a new tile bathroom with shower. On the main level is another bedroom with a full bed as well as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom (with new jet tub). The loft area has a Queen bed from which to enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake.
The kitchen is fully-stocked and equipped with a cuisinart and kitchenaide mixer as well as the usual amenities. There is also an abundance of restaurants available nearby. Bonus amenities include a washer/dryer on-site and a wood burning stove. There is a TV with DVD & VCR(but no cable) in the living room. We have a high chair.

June-September $1950/wk(Sun-Sun) & $125 cleaning fee. Check-in:4 pm, check-out 11am. We offer 15% discount for 3 week rental. We accept personal cheques & money orders and credit crads A 50% deposit plus cleaning fee, & secuirty deposit is required to reserve. Refunds for cancellations are made only with more than 60 days advanced notice. We regret we cannot refund for cancellation notice under 60 days We will send you a contract to be signed along with deposit. The remaining balance of rent is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Our family takes a vacation every year, but this trip by far surpassed all the others. What a beautiful home with a gorgeous view. We caught and ate delicious fresh fish daily from the dock right in front of the home. A relaxing, quiet and secluded place that has added many joyful and spectacular memories to our lives. We truly and highly recommend this home for a vacation.

I stayed at this cabin with my three friends in July, and it was wonderful! The cabin is charming, with homemade quilts and antiques scattered throughout the main floor. The beds were comfortable, and the remodeled master suite was stunning. There are amazing views from all three levels of the cabin, with the best views coming from the bed in the loft. We had coffee on the deck in the morning, and spent much of our time on the dock. The cabin has everything that we needed to spend a week comfortably, including a large gas grill on the deck. The location is convenient to Lakeside and Kalispell, but once we arrived, it was hard to get us to leave the lake. The wildlife that we saw from the cabin was amazing, too. One morning as we were having coffee on the deck, a blue heron flew out of the tree above us and soared over the lake. We also watched the sailboat races on Tuesday and Friday evenings. The turn-around point was literally right off of the dock! I will definitely be back at this charming cabin. Thanks for allowing us to rent your home....it made for a vacation to remember!
Owner response:We have a similar experence where it is difficult to leave our wonderful spot on the lake once we get there. One exception is driving up to Glacier Park which is one the most beautiful places we have had the privelege to visit.
