ADDITIONAL FEES:
All new residents staying at Kierland Greens are mandated to pay a $150 "New Residents Fee" to the community's Home Owner's Association. This one-time fee is added to your rental contract.
A $120 one-time Condo Cleaning Fee is added to each contract to have the condo cleaned after you leave.
A fully refundable Security Deposit is added to each contract. The amount varies and is based on your leangth of stay. Again, this is fully refundable (as long as no damage is done).
WEEKLY RENTALS available if we are unrented and the 1st of the month is upon us. If you are looking for less than a full month, check our calendar close to the 1st day of month of interest. Then, contact us for pricing.

We, the owners, live locally and are available to help you to enjoy your vacation in any way. We offer free concierge service including things like arranging your first tee time (in preparation for your arrival), offering restaurant and shopping recommendations, or even helping in case of a medical or other emergency. Multiple other more labor-intensive amenities are also available (like doing your initial grocery shopping before you arrive) for a very modest fee. Just ask and we'll do our best to help with whatever you need!
