Villa L'Adret du Ribas is on the balcony of the Cote d'Azur and is perched on the side of the fragrant hills of the Alps Maritimes, which link historic Provence with the glamour and excitement of the Cote d'Azur. From Villa L'Adret du Ribas, there are spectacular vistas that stretch from St. Jean Cap Ferrat and Cap d'Antibes across Cannes to the Esterel Mountains. The house is a 20 minute walk (three minute drive) into the village of Cabris, which is an unspoiled hilltop village that dates to the 13th century.
The main level of the Villa has an entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and large private terrace off the living room and dining room. The lower level can be reached by either descending the graceful serpentine staircase off the living room or directly from its own lower garden terrace entrance. A/C is available in the main villa for a supplemental fee.
The lower terrace level has a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom, a guest room with an additional full bathroom and private terrace as well as the laundry (washers and dryers) and service facilities in the basement area. A lighted path through the garden of olive trees connects the lower terrace level of the Villa with the guest house and heated swimming pool in the garden next to the guest house.
The Villa and the guest house can both be entered independently each with their own separate parking. The Villa comfortably sleeps four with three full private bathrooms, and the fully equipped, self-contained guest house accommodates an additional two guests with its own fully outfitted kitchen and bathroom.
