View of the gulf from our private balcony - South Padre Island, TX Beachfront Vacation Condo Our family’s beachfront Condo is in a pristine complex located directly on the beach right next door to the popular Schlitterbahn Water Park. It’s a prime location on the southern tip of the island near the Isla Blanca Park, Texas' crown jewel of parks. It’s a quiet complex, they only rent to families and adults 25 or over. The complex offers 2 private pool/hot tub areas and 2 large fenced-in tennis courts. The grounds also feature a spacious parking area with gated entry. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator in the building). There are 3 very spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom and a living room/dining room have a breathtaking floor-to-ceiling view of the ocean. Every room has a TV and a DVD player. The living room has a home theater surround sound system & brand new queen-size sleeping sofa. There are over 30 DVDs available for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bathroom. The second master bedroom has another king bed and a twin size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a set of bunk beds (rated to sleep children under 70 pounds). There is a long balcony with a beautiful view of the gulf. There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. We provide beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and tennis rackets. There is a high-chair & a portable crib for infants/toddlers. We also provide a complete review of all the restaurants on the island in case this is your first time visiting. We keep this home spotlessly clean (read our guest’s comments on our website). This is our vacation home and we keep it very nice. No smoking or pets permitted. We provide all linens and towels.
