Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes, this community feels like a home away from home. Wake up and drink your coffee on the roomy balcony and watch the runners pass by or walk to the Whale's Tale for a cooked to order breakfast. You are only minutes away from fabulous dining and shopping and the beach is just across the street.
Our unit sleeps six adults comfortably, we have a fully furnished kitchen and both bedrooms are equipped with TV, VCR, and DVD. If you are staying for a night, week, or for months, you will feel at home in this cozy condominium. Renters must be 25 years of age or older anyone under the age of 21 must be accomponied by a legal guardian. SMALL PETS ALLOWED.

We had a wonderful Spring break. The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The beach was easy to get to and not crowded. We would definetly go again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo!

Just came back from 4 wonderful days at Emerald Waters. The condo is so beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It is in a great area with lots of parking. We enjoyed it all !

This condo is beautifully decorated, pet friendly, and is in a great location. The complex is not too large so it didn't seem so crowded. It's also on a corner lot with easy beach access across one street and a gift store across the other street. Within walking distance is the Whale's Tail and Pompano Joe's. We really enjoyed our stay. This condominium offers all the amenities a person could need. The condominium is very nicely furnished and having the pool and hot tub is extra nice as well. In my opinion, the area that the condominium is located is nice and quite and not as congested as some of the larger resorts. You also have quick access to the private beach. Try it; you will enjoy your stay.

We spent the month of February in this beautiful condo. It is very clean, comfortable, and located in a very good location. It is very well equipped. Everything is up to date and usable. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our month so much, we hope to rent it again next February. The owners are very nice to work with also. Janice Hutsell
