Whispering Palms is an large, non-smoking Estate home set in the Formosa Gardens Estates on a secluded corner south facing lot.
Whispering Palms is managed 24hrs 365 days a year by a well respected Management Company.
The house is fully maintained with cleaning, pest control, landscaping and pool servicing and the Management Company is on call 24/7 for your convenience during your stay.
The home is fitted with both pool and house security alarm systems.
The house offers all the modern comforts that you could wish to find in a holiday home of this calibre.
This spacious (3400 square feet) Estate home has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three bedrooms are upstairs and three downstairs. It will sleep 12 guests comfortably.
THIS HOME COMPRISES:
* Downstairs, one Master King Suite with flat screened tv and bathroom en-suite, one Master Queen room with tv, shower room next door which leads out to the pool, one King bedroom with tv.
* Upstairs,one Master Queen Suite with flat screened tv with bathroom en-suite, two further bedrooms with twin beds and one full bathroom.
* All bedrooms have 20' tv/dvd combos in them.
* All bedrooms have curtains in them and most have luxury pillow topped mattresses.
* There is a large comprehensively equipped American Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large American fridge, coffee percolator, quality cookware, crockery and utensils.
* Separate Laundry Room with washer, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
* Informal Dining room plus breakfast bar
* Formal Dining Room at the front of the house
* Large Family Room with 56 inch HDTV, comfortable sofas with a 6.3 metre high cathedral ceilings, and galleried landings at the back of the house.
* Games Room, Playstation 2 on 43 inch tv, Air Hockey table, Pool table and Bar Football table.
* Lighted 32 by 16 heated and screened secluded south-facing pool (not overlooked by neighbouring properties)
* Shaded lanai with full range of dining and lounge furniture for dining al fresco!

Formosa Gardens is just off the 192 only TWO miles from Disney and two minutes from the Formosa Shopping Village with its supermarket, shopping and family restaurants. Several golf courses

Great house, great estate and great location. We stayed as a party of 6 (with 2 small children). The house is immaculately presented and brilliant for Disney.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in October/November. This is a fantastic home with lovely furnishings, great layout and a high class vacation estate. The pool is south facing and has sun ALL day with lots of room to sun bath or sit in the shade on the patio area. We have stayed in lots of Kissimmee homes in different estates and this is really one of the nicest! Formosa Gardens Estates in really close to Disney, great restaurants, supermarkets etc If you are looking to stay in a fantastic home, fantastic pool and fantastic location then this home should be on your short list! Thank you for a great stay.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
