This outstanding condo, situated in the Kihei Hale Kamaole Resort, features ocean views from every room! Watch the whales from our lanai. The two bedroom plus loft, split level unit has over 1300 square feet of living area.

Completely furnished in a casual, comfortable island décor, this townhome features ceiling fans in every room and air conditioning in the bedrooms for your comfort and enjoyment. The condo has been recently remodeled, with granite in the kitchen, and new tile floors. The downstairs bath was remodeled in 5/09 with a designer tiled shower. The living room was recently redecorated, with new furniture and carpet. The kitchen has been remodeled and is fully-equipped for every cooking need. We've added amenities that most vacation rentals don't provide, such as wireless high speed broadband cable internet access, a computer printer (for your pc), beach chairs, picnic supplies, washer/dryer, etc. There are two twin beds in downstairs bedroom (that may be "converted" to a King), a queen bed in upstairs bedroom and a sofabed in the loft.

The development has a tennis court, swimming pools, large barbecues, commercial laundry facilities, as well as spacious landscaped grounds. Our unit has a great view of the ocean, Molokini, Haleakala, and West Maui. It is located directly across from Kamaole III State Beach Park, which is known as one of the most beautiful and safest beaches in the Islands. It is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, jogging, picnicking, kite flying, and especially whale watching.

Kihei is located about 20 minutes away from the Kahului Airport, on the sunny southwest corner of Maui. Hale Kamaole is one and a half miles north of Wailea, a beautiful planned development which features magnificent 18 hole golf courses, shops, boutiques, restaurants, Polynesian entertainment, and the amenities of several luxury resort hotels, including the Mariott, Grand Wailea, Kea Lani, and Four Seasons. The Aquarium is also nearby. Lahaina and Kaanapali attractions are also within an easy drive.

A $200 per week deposit is required to reserve the unit, with the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival date. To reserve, please send email with your requested arrival and departure dates, name and address.

  • It was the perfect spot for us! Scuba diving trips launch from just across the street, close to our favorite golf courses, and lots of nice walking paths along the beach. It was a well-equipped kitchen and we used the grills outside quite a bit and met lots of nice neighbors.

  • We had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything we needed or wanted was provided. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to do a little cooking. Also, the BBQ pits in the shared garden area are spotlessly cleaned every day by the staff. The pools and grounds are well maintained and we enjoyed the use of the tennis court as well. The Hale Kamaole condos are just across the street from three lovely beaches, the best in Kihei, we think! Just down the street is beach access to a string of beautiful Wailea beaches - crescent shaped coves with million dollar views. This is our fifth visit to Maui with many more to come and we much prefer this area in South Kihei to any other.

  • Brenda & Mark's Unit 309 at the Hale Kamaole is a beautiful updated well equiped condo. This was our 2nd year staying here and we are booked for next year. Last year we stayed one month, this year 3 months and next year 3 months. It is a very comforable condo and when we arrive we really feel that we are at home in Maui. We enjoy watching the whales from the lanai and even some spinner dolphns. It is a very roomy condo with 2 bedrooms and a loft and 2 bathrooms. When our family and friends visit us they all love the location and updated condition of this Unit. It is only a 2 minute walk to Kamaole III across the street. The beautiful flowers and lawn in the complex are very well maintained and the Staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. We enjoy the Conch blowing at sunset during the winter season, the gathering at the grill for the chefs and the pool with plenty of chairs to relax in.
