This beautiful, ground-level unit was remodeled and updated in 2005. It sleeps four (king bed in the bedroom; queen-size sleeper in living room). The living room has gas fireplace, LCD HDTV with DVD player, Bose radio with CD player and ipod compatible speakers. If you want to bring your computer, there is high speed and wifi internet access. The bath features a tub-sized (5 ft) glass & tile shower.
The charming condo complex on Cooper Ave. has free, underground, private parking. A locker next to the front door provides space for skis and bikes. The condo is adjacent to Wagner Park, has a view of (the top of) Aspen Mountain and is four blocks from the main gondola. It is one block from the center-of-town pedestrian mall and one-half block from the free bus to Snowmass, Buttermilk, and Aspen Highlands ski areas. The Ice Garden is 3 blocks away.
For summertime enjoyment, it is a block to the Food and Wine Festival, a 15-minute walk to the Music Tent (2 blocks from bus), and walking distance to all downtown restaurants - no designated driver needed.
No smoking; no pets. Six night minimum stay December 15 to April 16. Three night minimum stay the rest of the year. |
