Red Hawk Lodge is one of the most desirable properties in River Run. Walk just 100 yards to the high-speed gondola for winter skiing, spring and summer picnics, or autumn leaf viewing. Owner Description

Year Purchased: 2005

We are a professional couple in our 40s and reside in Denver. We have two children, Alexander (7) and Olivia (5). Our son began skiing at the age of 2, and our daughter started this past year. We take great pride in our second home and love sharing our property with guests who appreciate it as much as we do.

Why the Owner Chose River Run, Red Hawk Lodge

We originally looked at properties at Breckenridge but fell in love with our condo at first sight. It is a top floor unit with great views and nice finishes. It is perfect for a couple or small family. Best of all, Keystone offers a plethora of activities and is kid friendly. And, with two small children, it was very important for us to be able to get on and off the mountain quickly. Since it's a quick drive from Denver, quiet yet close to the village, convenient, and amenity-rich, we just couldn't imagine ourselves anywhere else.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo

Our property unique because it is a top floor with vaulted ceilings and was professionally decorated. We have vaulted ceilings which makes our interior feel light and airy. . Red Hawk Lodge is extremely desirable since it's one of the closest properties to the new gondola. It also has an outdoor pool/hot tub area with unobstructed views of the wetlands and has direct access to the paved bike/ski path at the south end of the property.

Absolutely fabulous place. We could hear the Snake River, what a wonderfully comforting sound at night. The balcony was the perfect place to chill after bicycling most of the day. Close enough to the village to walk for breakfast, yet far enough away for quiet and privacy. We loved it and hope to be back next summer.
