Red Hawk Lodge is one of the most desirable properties in River Run. Walk just 100 yards to the high-speed gondola for winter skiing, spring and summer picnics, or autumn leaf viewing. A short stroll also takes you to the numerous shops, festivals, and restaurants in River Run Village. (Yes, there is a Starbucks!)

I had meant to write this review earlier. The place was awesome. We had never been to Keystone before, so were a little worried. This condo is right off the gondola, and walking distance to the main resort area. Beds were great, and they had a nice humidifier for the kids room which was great at high altitude. Communicatio was perfect with the owner. The outdoor hottub and pool were nice additions as well.Recommended for: Families with young children.
Owner response: We also love the convenience of our property, which was one of the many reasons we purchased it. We enjoy the beds, too. They are exceptionally comfortable!

Absolutely fabulous place. We could hear the Snake River, what a wonderfully comforting sound at night. The balcony was the perfect place to chill after bicycling most of the day. Close enough to the village to walk for breakfast, yet far enough away for quiet and privacy. We loved it and hope to be back next summer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.
Owner response: We feel the same way about the wonderful sounds of the river. The views of the Continental Divide are glorious, too. You can see the mountains from every room!

About the owner: We are a professional couple in our 40s and reside in Denver. We have two children, Alexander (8) and Olivia (6). Our son began skiing at the age of 2, and our daughter started two years ago. We take great pride in our second home and love sharing our property with guests who appreciate it as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose River Run, Red Hawk Lodge:
We originally looked at properties at Breckenridge but fell in love with our condo at first sight. It is a top floor unit with great views and nice finishes. It is perfect for a couple or small family. Best of all, Keystone offers a plethora of activities and is kid friendly. And, with two small children, it was very important for us to be able to get on and off the mountain quickly. Since it's a quick drive from Denver, quiet yet close to the village, convenient, and amenity-rich, we just couldn't imagine ourselves anywhere else.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our property unique because it is a top floor with vaulted ceilings and was professionally decorated. We have vaulted ceilings which makes our interior feel light and airy. . Red Hawk Lodge is extremely desirable since it's one of the closest properties to the new gondola. It also has an outdoor pool/hot tub area with unobstructed views of the wetlands and has direct access to the paved bike/ski path at the south end of the property.
