This secluded luxury log home offers 3,600 square feet of living space and sleeps 11 with privacy (and can accommodate up to 14). The home was built and furnished with style, taste, and attention to detail. The enormous log walls, soaring vaulted ceilings, and many cathedral windows are all designed to maximize your comfort and enjoyment. With virtually no other homes visible, you may feel like Quandary Peak, Breckenridge Valley, and the expansive stands of pines are for your enjoyment only! Hike, bike, snowshoe, or ski the back country from the front door, drive an easy 8 miles to Breckenridge and the lifts, or curl up and enjoy views of the Rocky Mountains in front of a wood fire.
The main floor of the house provides an open floor plan and features a large living room with woodburning stove and jaw-dropping views of Quandary Peak. The adjacent dining room features an enormous split log table that seats 12 comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room, and provides the gourmet cook with the same inspiring views. Outside, the deck and 6-person hot tub look out over Quandary and Breckenridge. The entire space is laid out to maximize your friends' and family’s ability to relax and enjoy your mountain getaway.
Sleeping arrangements
Private sleeping: Master suite has king bed for 2 people; 2nd bedroom has king bed for 2 people; 3rd bedroom has king bed for 2 people; Bunk room has two single bunk beds and single trundle bed for 3 people; Entertainment room has queen pull-out bed for 2 people; Total = 11 people
Additional sleeping: Master suite sitting loft – queen futon and single futon for 3 people
Rental terms
Pets are not allowed, and there is absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property. No more than 14 people may stay in the house, and no more than 8 adults (age 18 or older) are allowed. In addition to the rental rates below, a fully refundable $1,000 deposit is required and will be promptly refunded once the condition of the house has been confirmed upon your departure. A cleaning fee of $250 and tax of 5.675% will be added to the rental fee. Reservations shorter than the minimum may be accepted with an additional fee. Cancellations may be accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 25% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date.

Just returned from a lovely week here. The house is very comfortable, ideal for two families with teenagers. The snow was brlliant,roads and driveways cleared daily, fantastic views, it was like staying on top of the mountain with no neighbours. Laura and Marc extremely helpful. Would recommend.

The house is more stuning than the pictures lead you to believe. The views of Mt. Quandary from the hot tub and the master bedroom are fabulous, whether in bright moonlight, the rosy blush of dawn or in bright sunlight. The owners are extremely gracious and helpful, and added those little touches which make your stay even better. Our week was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this lovely house.

It is difficult to imagine a more beautiful setting for a vacation home. The views really are stunning. We loved the home, too. It is very spacious, comfortable, and has a lot of amenities that made us feel at home and pampered. The Lundes are terrific to work with. We can't wait to stay in this home again.
