This secluded luxury log home offers 3,600 square foot of living space and sleeps 9 with privacy (and can accommodate up to 13). The home was built and furnished with style, taste, and attention to detail. The enormous logs walls, soaring vaulted ceilings, and many cathedral windows are all designed to maximize your comfort and enjoyment. With virtually no other homes visible, you may feel like Quandary Peak, Breckenridge Valley, and the expansive stands of pines are only for your enjoyment! Hike, bike, snowshoe, or ski the back country from the front door, drive an easy 8 miles to Breckenridge and the lifts, or curl up and enjoy views of the Rocky Mountains in front of a wood fire.
The main floor of the house provides an open floor plan and features a large living room with woodburning stove and jaw-dropping views of Quandary Peak. The adjacent dining room features an enormous split log table that seats 12 comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room, and provides the gourmet cook with the same inspiring views. Outside, the huge deck and 6-person hot tub look out over Quandary and Breckenridge. The entire space is laid out to maximize your friends and family’s ability to relax and enjoy your mountain getaway.
Sleeping arrangements
Private sleeping: Master suite – king bed, 2 people; 2nd bedroom – king bed, 2 people; Bunk room – single bunk beds and trundle bed, 3 people; Entertainment room – queen pull-out bed, 2 people; Total – 9 people
Additional sleeping: Master suite sitting loft – queen futon and single futon, 3 people; 2nd bedroom – single bed, 1 person; Total – 4 people
Rental terms
Pets are not allowed, and there is absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property. No more than 13 people may stay in the house, and no more than 8 adults (age 18 or older) are allowed. In addition to the rental rates below, a fully refundable $1,000 deposit is required and will be promptly refunded once the condition of the house has been confirmed upon your departure. Tax of 5.675% will be added to the rental fee. Reservations shorter than the minimum may be accepted with an additional $225 cleaning fee. Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to check-in. A 20% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. |
