Location. Location. Location. Just off of I-40, Lake James is a 6,500 acre lake at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A short drive to Asheville North Carolina, home of the Biltmore Estate and the southeast's largest street festival... Bele Chere. In the winter months it's just a short drive to the North Carolina ski slopes! Also within an easy hours drive are Boone, Blowing Rock, Linville, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, Table Rock and the tallest peak east of the Mississippi, Mount Mitchell along with the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Appalachian Trail. The Fall colors and winter skiing can't be beat!
Our home is set on almost 2 and 1/2 acres with 194 feet of Lake James shoreline. This luxury home has everything you need to relax and enjoy. The home has two family living areas, one on each floor. The main level includes wood floors and has a large family room, kitchen, large breakfast room and master bedroom with luxury bath. The lower level has an additional family room, wet bar with beverage center, foosball table and three bedrooms, one with private bath and two bedrooms with connecting bath. (great for families with young children). A fifth bedroom has it's own private bath as well. The dock along the shore has two deck areas.

Downstairs family room: Queen-size fold out sofa bed.
