It's all about the spectacular views from this professionally decorated penthouse condominium located on the third fairway of a Robert Trent Jones golf course with pristine ocean views beyond. All second level bedrooms have en suite baths. The entire first level is devoted to spacious living/dining room and gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and three rattan and leather bar stools. There are full laundry facilities just off the kitchen. The interior of this unit was chosen to be featured in the Reserva Conchal website, and was filmed for the golf channel. This unit is also included in Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Air conditioning with ceiling fans throughout. Owners are members of a fabulous new Beach Club on site that is one of the finest in the world, with every amenity including a 5 star restaurant that includes room service, gym, 2 pools and full spa and kids' club. This is for members and their renters only, not hotel guests. Full access to hotel facilities is also available for our renters, as Reserva is now part owner of the hotel. Just open an account with either our rental office or at the hotel desk so that you can charge whatever you want to the condo. Daily maid service is available. The condo comes equipped with flat screen t.v.'s, dvd and cd players, fluffy spa towels, luxurious sheets and all the rooms were recently repainted. There are many special decorator touches throughout. There has been just one owner of this property since pre construction and it has been scrupluously maintained.
This penthouse condo is everything that you would expect in a luxury home on a Five Star resort. A concierge is available for everything from floral arrangements, airport transfers, eco tours, restaurant recommendations and reservations as well as a personal chef for parties in the condo. - everything to make your vacation perfect. The staff you have here in Reserva Conchal was so helpful and kind. Thanks for all of your suggestions. We loved Golden Shrimp--ate there twice. Carolina did massages twice--she is wonderful!! The sunsets we will long remember after going back to the States. We said when we come back we want to stay in your condo--such great accommodation--better than any 4 star hotel! Thank you for allowing us to rent your lovely condo. It was perfect for our family. We loved all of the tips you provided. We tried many of the restaurants and found them to be very good. Sitting on your balcony was the best. The golf course was beautiful yet forgiving and our family also enjoyed the beautiful beach. It was such fun to see all the different wildlife here. What a lovely slice of heaven you all have here in Costa Rica. We three have had a wonderful week seeing and learning so much--as we tried to do it all! Your condo is lovely--so inviting and comfortable. Everyone was just delightful and so friendly and helpful. Our side trips included Tamarindo, Buena Vista canopy tour, dining in Basilito and yes, Playa Avellanas and Lola's once you arrive. We found a few treasures at the "beach mall" too! The week was one big, fun adventure--many thanks Lisa, Ron and Elizabeth Hinson

Thank you for renting your beautiful condo to our family. The view from your unit is spectacular and we did enjoy a few sunsets from the balcony. We had a wonderful time on our trip and fell in love with Costa Rica. The atmosphere and people could not have been more perfect. Our only regret was having to return home so soon. For the short time we were in Costa Rica, we managed to pack in a full itinerary. On Friday, we hung out by the pool, walked along the beach, and dined at the Golden Shrimp. It was our son's 14th birthday and the staff helped us to celebrate by setting up a special table by the beach and singing happy birthday to him. On Saturday, we took an all day deep fishing tour out of Tamarindo. Although the day was a bit long, we did catch two large yellowfin tuna and a sailfish. The Il Forno restaurant was nice enough to cook the tuna for us and we ordered side dishes from their menu. (We liked this restaurant so much that we ate there a total of three times.) Sunday was our big trip to Buena Vista Park where we did the canopy tour, horseback riding and mud bath. We had a blast! Then, finally, on Monday we took the river cruise (I can't remember which river) where we saw white faced monkeys, crocodiles, iguanas, and different types of birds. I will say that the driving to and from these tours was a bit long and bumpy, but I still would recommend them to anyone visiting Costa Rica. Again, thank you for your assistance in helping us to plan our trip. We hope to return someday to visit some of the other sites in Costa Rica. Debbie Lawall
