Property description

600 Carolina Blvd. Large four bedroom house a half block from the beach. You can enjoy the breezes and listen to the waves from the deck and screened porch. Southern part of Isle of Palms where the beach is clean and less crowded. Close to Front Beach area with shops and restaurants.

Recently updated with new furniture and decorating. Large master with en suite bath; two bedrooms on main floor and separate bedroom and bath on ground floor. Large kidney-shaped private heated pool (please note: pool only heated when outside temperature is above 65F).

About the owner: We are Dan and Barb Brown. We own and manage 4 vacation properties in Isle of Palms plus 1 in Lake Geneva, WI. We live in Evanston IL and spend time in Charleston SC, our favorite vacation city. Our grandchildren love the beach and we enjoy being there with them. We try to keep our properties updated and comfortable. We also pride ourselves on service; a feature many professional managers fail to provide. Booking and check-in are painless and we have people on the island available to help with any issues. Check our references!

Why the Owner Chose Isle of Palms:
Charleston has great restaurants and the low country culture is very accomodating. The beach on Isle of Palms is 6 miles long, clean and not overcrowded. It's also easy to get to Mt. Pleasant and Charleston for shopping, sightseeing, golf, etc.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
You can see and hear the ocean from the decks and screened porch. It's an easy half block walk to the beach and the large pool helps lure the kids back to the house - otherwise, you couldn't get them away from the beach!
