You can hike or bike the 700 acre nature preserve or better yet, the Trolley stop is right outside our door and conveniently takes you to many locations within Sea Pines, including the Beach Club and Sea Pines Center... not that you need to leave, since this villa includes FREE ON SITE TENNIS on 4 clay courts, a beautiful POOL and stunning Heron Point golf course views!!
The living room, with a new sleerper sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman opens to the dining room, which is adjacent to the newly remodeled galley kitchen. The charming, efficient kitchen also houses the laundry facilities for the villa. The master bedroom with new furniture features his and hers closets. The master bathroom features a full-size vanity, tile floors and combination shower/tub. There is also a covered patio off the living room, perfect for taking in the golf action.

Location, location, location! We love being close to everything in Sea Pines- but especially Harbor Town. Great shopping, drinks, food and relaxing.
