Our luxurious three bedroom Florida home, sleeps up to six people in a master suite, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The home has been recently fully redecorated, including all new furniture, in a neutral colour scheme that reflects the tranquillity of its surroundings. The villa is situated overlooking a picturesque lake and a wooded conservation area attracting many different types of wildlife.
The master bedroom overlooks both the pool and the lake. It has an American king-size bed, flat screen cable TV with a DVD player, ceiling fan and has been beautifully furnished to a high standard. The large en-suite bathroom has a double shower, twin hand basins, separate toilet and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom is also beautifully furnished with an American queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a clean bright feeling with two twin beds. Both bathrooms have hairdryers.
We have also supplied a travel cot with bedding, a highchair, car seat (over 1 year old) and pushchair for use by our younger guests. The villa has a separate utility room containing both a washer and a dryer. All linen and towels, including beach towels, pool towels are provided. The spacious living area is made up of two rooms. The first is the family room leading out to the pool with wonderful views across the lake.
This room has a large 52 inch TV, DVD player and a stereo. The second room is the large formal living room, this room includes the elegant dining table seating six persons and a comfortable seating area. The fully equipped kitchen has its own seating area.
The private screened heated pool (28 by 14) includes a removable child safety screen that fits neatly around the edge to make certain that your children remain safe. The outdoor sunbathing/dining area incorporates sunbeds and a luxury patio table for alfresco eating. Night lights in the pool and outdoor fan are there for you to enjoy entertaining into the evening or watching the beautiful sunset over the lake. The villa has a two car garage currently housing a number of inflatables for use in the pool.
Sabal Harbour is located close to the local shopping mall/supermarkets and a 20 minute drive from the beautiful soft white sandy beaches of Anna Marie Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key. Downtown Bradenton’s cobblestone streets are filled with seafood restaurants, pubs and quaint little bistros. There are several excellent golf courses nearby.
Downtown Sarasota is close by and offers much culture in the way of designer shopping within St Armands Circle, theatres, and more elegant dining. For the really serious shopper a trip to the nearby Outlet Mall in Ellenton is a must. If theme parks are more you thing then Busch Gardens at Tampa is 50 minutes drive and Orlando with Disney and Universal is an hour and a half drive.
The whole house is bright and airy and furnished to the highest standards, there is full air-conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort. The telephone allows FREE local calls (international and long distance calls can be made using pre-paid cards which are available at many local shops). The nearest international airport is at Tampa just 40 minutes away over the impressive "Sunshine Skyway" bridge, Sarasota airport is 10 minutes away, Orlando International is 90 minutes away and Sanford airport is 120 minutes.

I chose to buy a vacation rental in this area because it is so beautiful and has much to offer. There are a number of beautiful beaches in the area, great places to eat and some great parks within easy driving distance - as well as some fantastic places to shop! I have been holidaying in this area for the last 25 years.
