This spacious (1500 sq. ft.), light and airy Breckenridge condo by owner is surrounded by fir trees and features open architecture and spectacular mountain views from both sides. It is tastefully decorated with light woods, stone, and stunning alpine pictures.
The condo is spread out on three levels and sleeps up to 8 comfortably (see condo floor plan below). There are 8 beds (1 queen, 1 double, 5 singles, and 1 queen Sofa-Sleeper), 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and large loft. The bedrooms have new Colorado aspen-log furniture. Both living room and master bedroom have a gas fireplace with marble surrounds. A fully-equipped kitchen, with newer appliances and granite counters, looks out onto Red Mountain and the Continental Divide (Picture). A private and peaceful rear deck offers a gorgeous view of Peak 10 and Breckenridge Ski Resort (see above left).
The ski lifts at Peak 9, the new multi-million dollar skating complex, and the restaurants and shopping on Main Street are all just a short walk. A free shuttle stops right in front.
Compared with most other luxury vacation rental condominiums in Breckenridge, our condo is a bargain. Very nice place with plenty of room. Great location and very close to slopes and town. We had 7 people in our party but could have accomodated several more with beds for everyone. We really enjoyed everything. Would go back again! Thanks Ron and Michelle!
