Peace and privacy abound in this fully appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo which offers a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, ON-DEMAND cable TV, and two separate bedrooms with their own baths. On-site ammenities include gas grills and in- ground hot tubs. A major grocery store is located less than five minutes from your front door. The unit is very clean, comfortable for up to 6 people and has a private floor plan with the kitchen separating the two bedrooms and two full baths.

In addition to what many say is the best affordable family skiing experience in Colorado, the area offers many activities for all seasons as diverse as water sports on nearby GRAND LAKE, horseback riding at several local stables or even hot stone massage and bathing in the mineral baths at historic HOT SULFUR SPRINGS. You'll have the opportunity to stay as active or relaxed as you like while vacationing in this ideal resort hideaway!

Our unit is in a premium location with a fantastic view and we take very good care of it for your comfort.In order to keep it in the best possible condition for our guests we must add a Cleaning Fee of $95 for each rental.
