Come and enjoy our 'BEACHY' themed getaway called Kokomo Too! Our home is very clean and has been newly painted and decorated to provide our guests with a tropical atmosphere. We are located in the beautiful, 144-acre Oceanside Village, a private gated community that offers 24-hour security, private beach access and parking, complete with private restrooms and outside showers.

There are two pools, one heated indoor, an outdoor, and both have kiddie pools. Amenities also include a fenced-in playground, tennis and basketball courts, soccer goal, softball field, and five stocked fishing lakes, complete with many friendly ducks to feed.

Golf cart is included for your convenience. This is the easiest mode of transportation in the community.

Our home is located approximately 1500 ft. from the beach, a short walk, or golf cart ride, and is ready for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, private bath, ceiling-fan, and cable TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has two double-size beds,ceiling-fan, and complete with cable TV also. The master bath has a walk-in shower and the other bathroom has a full-size tub. We also have a new, full-size washer and dryer. The living room has a sleeper sofa, complete with cable TV, DVD, and VCR. Our kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, with all new eating and cooking utensils. Ceiling-fan in kitchen and living area.

We have a new deck with table and chairs, and gas grill for outside dining.

Our yard is also very nice, gated, and fenced in for your privacy. Perfect for small children to play in and also to park motorcycles, or items to store.

Linens and towels are provided, however, we ask that you provide your own beach towels and paper products.

We rent only to families and no pets, please.

Smoking is permitted outside ONLY.

It is the renter's responsibility to leave our home clean and as nice as you found it.

SNOWBIRD Monthly ............ $800/month (includes golf cart & utilities).
A deposit of $200.00 is required at time of reservation.
Rental Payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Check In is 3:00 p.m.; Check Out is 11:00 a.m.  Weekly rentals are Sat. to Sat.
During peak season,nightly rentals may not be available.
